But I was focussed to just get the location / contact details and then talk directly. The search is a bit tedious.

Just search for "Uyghur" there, you will find only one post with Chinatown MRT as location and a HK phone number. Ping her on WhatsApp and follow directions.

It used to be that one would find more Thai women at OT but that doesn't seem to be the case since now I've mainly run into Viet, Indonesian or Pinay there. Is there any location that one can find mostly Thai women, excluding Geylang?

The food court under Lucky Plaza used to be a hangout for Indo and Pinay DH girls, especially on Sundays.

OT is a big building, on the Orchard road entrance you can see the Ipanema music bar sign board and the entrance on Level 2. Saw a lot of young girls going into it after 10 pm.

The older ones usually hang out around the building, just walk in and around it. You can also watch for the girls coming in on the street before they go into Ipanema. Was there a couple of times recently, and just walking around a couple of times will make the girls come up and ask you if you are looking for massage. Might have also been the FIFA matches that has cut down guys traffic a bit maybe.

It won't be great but where else are they going to stick five or six bars at one go? Anyways, it is supposed to be some sort of initiative where the units are utilized as much as possible so F&be during the mornings, retail in the afternoons and bars overnight.

It would be a terrible option, especially for all the WLs who dislike and discourage Indian 'punters'.

I heard that the Grand Hyatt is abandoning Brix, maybe that would be a better location for an ex-OT bar.

If you travelling to Singapore for the first time and are looking for fun, don't miss ipanema and orchard tower until it closes. Had a Vietnamese chick multiple times and it was pure GFE.
