Finally made it to Bangkok after a multi-year absence. High quality massage / spa places aren't jerking you off or blowing you. Any ordinayl massage place with private rooms will though for a fee. Expect to pay closer to 1000 baht for it. When we talk "massage parlor" here, these aren't massage parlors, they are brothels, but called "massage parlors" (and yes they do give a massage to you inbetween sessions).
