There are not any large cities in Samar to meet girls discreetly. Let alone a hotel in the small villages. Most girls will not meet a foreigner in a hotel. The major town is Tacloban with an airport which you could meet a girl. Most province villages will be 1-3+ hours away by van or bus. I doubt they will come to meet you for monger activities.

Just landed in AC last night and feeling guilty about not yet reporting on my Thailand adventures last month. Not sure how many posts I'll get out in the coming week, but I wanted to take advantage of the very relaxed atmosphere here in AC before I head out for another night of rampaging.
