Has anybody taken girls out of classic, travel, kota for LT or overnights?

Came back to classic after 5 years. At about 8 pm. Tons of girls, not many guys which made the ratio fantastic. There are still gems to be found here and I was pleasantly surprised not knowing what to expect after Covid. The price has gone up now to 375 with a 40 K minimum spend. Went with 2 spinners separately after making sure they hadn't had babies of course service was great I was just lucky. BBBJ and the works. Will add more to my report later in the week.

It's not a place at which I'd regularly frequent but a unique option to take a friend who has already experienced the seedier sides of Asia and is wanting to drop a couple of rungs lower.

I second with this option. People will need to try themselves and make their own choice, judgement.
Otherwise the scene will be dominated by agents (scammers) creating multiple account in social networking, Twitter, Instagram. Keep in mind if you book though agents, half of your money or evne more could be in the agent pockets.

Just Google it "Gang Royal Rawa Bebek Penjaringan" there are a lot of information about it. You could also search on You tube there are reasonable number of video clips about this RLD.

The government have been trying to close this place multiple times but it still exist for obvious reason. Just closing RLD will not solve the problem.
As other people say, it is not suggestible for those who come to Jakarta for the first time. But this place is cheap and relatively good looking young girls, You might get short term for 120 k rupiahs or even less. If you ask taxi motor bike, Gojek Or Grab around that areas, most of them know exactly where this place is. Just be aware the area around Penjaringan is not considered safe.

I already reviewed Blitz in Kelapa Gading. Not recommended. Lots of way better places to go for similar price.

I know the sex outside of marriage law has been passed, but not implemented. I'm wondering if there is any news on when it might be implemented. I have a trip planned in April, and definitely don't want to risk spending a year in prison for a night at Classic. I know someone has to file a complaint about it, but it would be unnerving not knowing for sure.

This may at some stage in the future become a standard RTTF question along with are Jakarta hotels girl friendly and are bluebird taxi's blue? OS would counsel to do your own research. The proposed new law has been discussed ad nauseum here and not so long ago.

In Indonesia you can end up in jail for any number of reasons. What you should keep in mind is that in Indonesia law enforcement is primarily a business. The public service component is some way down the list of priorities for many and so you may find yourself in trouble for crossing the street if your stars are unlucky. Your risk of being banged up for this kind of thing will increase around mealtimes.

OS would suggest to embrace the risk, cross the street, fart loudly in reception, enjoy yourself, be polite and be confident and follow the cues of the other 30 million people around you. If you were desirous of a less risk free approach, Cross the road only at afternoon tea time while your adversaries are sleeping.

Checked out the railway track scene night. For context, I'm a Westerner, long term Jakarta resident, first time slumdog.

I decided to arrive at 6 pm, allowing for some fading daylight and negating the risk of being caught in a raid.

It was certainly a unique cultural experience.

It was relatively quiet around this time, yet still plenty on offer. The dark alley runs for about 300 m and is fully enclosed. The stretches of dim purple lighting gave it somewhat of a theme parked haunted house feeling. It was quite good fun.

Chatting with the ladies, I gathered some more intel. Official start time for the ladies and cafes is 8 pm. Although they were able to scrounge around and find me a beer at 6 pm. 8 pm is also when the music kicks off. So if you also enjoy some peace and quiet, arrive before 8 pm.

The police raid which occurred recently was only to catch women without a KTP. Police now don't enter the alley and are paid off outside. Room time is 30 min, although you probably wouldn't want much longer than that given the state of the rooms. Apparently the women only see 4 to 5 Westerners per week. Although lots more from Taiwan, Singapore etc.

Regarding safety, I never felt in any danger. Like any place, being respectful to all and not obnoxiously drunk certainly helps. As does speaking Indonesian.

I would like to go back again around 11 pm to assess the scene from a different time of night.

If I am going alone I will certainly test Sarkem area. Staying I will stay at Sheraton mustika. It should not be bad taking a taxi there. I will ask bellboys etc if there are options. I am communicating with couple of girls in Jakarta to see if they will come with me. They said they are working. Normal girls in Jakarta are not as money hungry as other places it seems.

Prambanan is open. The temples themselves are smaller than Boro so I'm not even sure you can "enter" them. But you can walk into the grand grounds where all of the temples are for Prambanan. Turn on "panorama" mode on your phone because the site is so big, you can't capture the landscape in any regular manner. It's really pretty amazing and a nice trip, though very warm.

Finding a bluebird or a grab at Sheraton is easy. You just need to wait about 7 to 10 minutes for them to get there. Use the app to call either bluebird or grab ahead of time before you get to the lobby from your room.

If you bring an Indonesian girl to these sites, they can buy the tickets to get in MUCH cheaper than a foreigner can. Their KTP gets access to the extremely discounted Indonesian citizen rate. If your date buys two tickets, they won't check for your KTP at the ticket punching gate if you behave correctly. (Don't act like a tourist!

The other sights and temples are still open as normal? Prambanan, water palace etc. For hotel, Sheraton Mustika is nice with good views, but out of town. I'd stay somewhere closer to Sarkem. (Pasar Kembang, close to Malioboro and train station, a lokalisasi with plenty of girls, ST only about 300 k. Tourist price). Melia Purosani has Sarkem in walking distance (about a 1 km) and it has nice Balinese style gardens where you can sit at the pool with satays and beer Bintang.

I was reading the latest news today about Borobudur. Since covid it is forbidden to climb the temple. Visitors are only allowed at the base. Now there is a plan to charge extra $100 to climb to the top of the monument. Not sure when that will happen. It is just $25 to enter which before covid people can go wherever they want. News is many areas are cordoned off for renovations. Sunrise tours are not there. If they are there they take you to a nearest high point to watch which really does not captivate the moment. Many visitors commented that tours are worthless. Even like you said Mt. Merapi is seen from faraway. There are volcanoes near Jakarta where they take you to the edge and brave workers haul sulphur blocks up the slope. In Costa Rica nice volcanoes. Japan Mt. Fuji trek is magnifisant although extremely cold.

As for the hotel I heard Marriott has been upgrading the hotel. Taxis or Uber to the town must be fairly cheap. For me a good breakfast and dinner should be good enough with some snacks in between. I would definitely talk to the desk clerk to arrange transportation. Also get massage. On the way back I am going to Philippines and have arranged girls in Manila and cebu. So if I do not find the right girl will enjoy solo trip to Yogyakarta. Will definitely have some fun in Jakarta.

The Sheraton Mustika is a huge resort, but it's rather, uh, run down a little. Let's just call it rustic. The Marriott connected to the mall is modern. The mall is modern. So to give you perspective, when it was lunch or dinner time, I had to bluebird to the mall to eat at a reasonably nice restaurant.

Sheraton has breakfast buffet that's pretty good. Not sure the lounge is actually open. When I went there 3 months ago, the lounge looked like it was permanently closed (thank Marriott International for that good gesture move) as the room was completely devoid of furniture and the lounge looked like a half empty store room. But they made up for it by comping breakfast for two at the restaurant. I got a couple of massages at the Sheraton Spa and when I tried to stroke the young masseuse's ass, she put my hand back next to my side. There's no hanky panky at that spa. The closest action is in the middle of Yogyakarta and it's a good 10 to 15 minutes away from the Sheraton. (the Marriott is closer to the action).

Blue Bird is the regular taxi.

Silver Bird is the black upgraded premium version of a "taxi". In USA It's called Uber Black.

Golden Bird is the private driver version. Kind of like an uber regular. The set up is a flat day rate, so I think you should negotiate how much it costs with the hotel front desk before booking. I don't remember if there was a partial day rate. I just booked for the entire day, because I never seen a volcano up close before (it actually wasn't even that close, the hot zone was probably half a mile away).
Sunrise tour pickup is at 3 AM, so not sure if it's hate getting up early or just not getting to sleep at all the night before.
