Referencing your photo examples, and having almost 60 visits to Southeast Asia starting in 1970, my take is that judging nationality by color skin can be next to impossible. One reason is nationality is established my lines drawn in the sand (so to speak). Just looking at Filippino girls, Thai girls, and Khmer girls from 20 feet way, you could be hard pressed to "know" their nationality.

Generalizations abound. Northern Thais are lighter in skin color than Southern Thai gals. Viets whiter than Khmer or Thai's.

With that in mind, I've I've put together a collage of "usual suspects" numbered 1,2,3, and 4. Two are Khmer and two are Thai. I know all of them personally. Here is a little test for you. Which two are Thai? (I'll post the correct answer in a few days.).

The daytime scene was vibrant but not a lot of top shelf talent. Many of the bars had kids running around as the mammasans were getting them ready to open. Very nice easy city and less busy compare to BKK. One thing, the prices very transparent and since I paid in dollars appeared affordable.

I was around 136 streets where the Girls still outside. You need to go inside the bar where 2-4 girls will join you and then you select on1-2. I selected one and then bought drinks started to talk. After 5 min the conversation went taking back to hotel. Depending on the place, Bar fine was $10-$15 with short time of 1-2 hours being between $50-$70 and long time $100. Most of the girls were young but I decided on mature late 30's / early 40's lady. I am into mature lady's for that GFA and I am a little older. It was a long time and the good time. Tight pussy I noticed.

On 136 the girls appear to be Khmer. I do not know where the Vietnamese girls hang out.

I defintely recommend Phnom Penh as good alternative to BKK where BKK is just getting too developed and commercialized. Good value for the money in Cambodia.

There are all kinds of girls in Phnom Penh. Locals tend to be brownish. But there are lots of Vietnamese who are fairer and command higher price. Those are the ones you see in Nagaworld.

Southern Chinese tend to be darker. Only northern Chinese are tall and beautiful. I used to have girlfriends who are from close to Korea. Tall, milky white, with big boobs.

In the bars you see mostly darker locals. Service is hit and miss like always. Although before covid I had some good providers from the bars. Even met a girl at the mall near the market there. You can go to any pharmacy and get viagra usually comes from Indian pharmacy cheap.

I have no idea how you (Philosophus) and BrCitizen had such great experiences there, except, as you mention, for putting tons of effort with tons of patience, tons of time, and probably tons of drink money spent over many nights. I could see that there must have been some guys getting it right in PP, but they / you must be of a certain breed. I am also well groomed, not hideous looking, and not stingy in the sense that I was also ready and willing to part with $60-90 easily for the higher quality birds. But no way I am going to throw an extra $50 for drinks to groups of girls at the bar. I saw a couple of dudes (maybe it was you LOL) doing that. It just takes too much work for the short stayer.

I would like to hear more from BrCitizen about his approach. I can only believe that the devil is in the details and you must have picked up on something that a lot of guys like me overlook in PP. And in terms of girl quality, I just didn't see that many that I thought were hot. Maybe things would look better and go more smoothly on a 2nd trip, but I would only do it if I have a longer time to build my MO.

PP is a puzzle to me. Clearly guys like RakSopheni and myself are fuming in frustration over it (even after my own continuous roaring in Pattaya / Bkk / AC over the past 2 months). I am going to keep reading this forum to see if I can see anything between the lines that starts to suggest opportunity.

Finding a young hot 18-21-year-old is not difficult but requires a bit of legwork. Cover as many bars as you can. Most of the selections will be sitting outside at the smaller bars. You will have to go in to the bigger ones to see everyone. Don't feel like you have to stay for a drink in each one. Most of the time I just pop in, have a quick look, and if I don't see something I like I just bail. Take a minute or two.

You have to show you are generous and buy drinks at the bar. That is the key. She will appreciate you letting her gain face with her friends, the mamasan, and the other girls at the bar. But once you have the girl GF a girl and had a good experience in the room she is you will have her locked down. It is no longer necessary to buy all those drinks. Get her contact info and have her come to you. Or just come in, but a drink or two, and BF her and take her home.

The real challenge is mitigating the huge bar tabs and controlling your urge to just go wild after a few drinks (especially if you re getting good attention with the girl, ie. Making my 8th visit to Phnom Penh this October. All my previous visits had a blast picking up freelancers. Couple even cooked food at home and brought it to me when I showed interested in eating cockles with spicy sauce.

I cannot compare PP to BKK, really. I think BKK is the safer bet. But PP is poorer, younger, slimmer, more petite, more desperate. Girls are more curious in PP, and less papmpered, have less income security and appreciate their clients more. I am glad the mate who took a 33 why old had a good time, but it is like taking a 52 y old in UK, as Cambodia's average age is 25. Patience helps, and the 50 dollar bill is spent easily. But what is the point not investing in the experience if the flight sets you back 1500 or so bucks? Khmer culture is tolerant of sex, but girls need to mature somewhat to gain experience with a cambodian BF to start to enjoy the company of a paying lover 30 years her senior.
