Just back from a fairly long trip to both Medellin and Bogota.

I'm a street guy and have been for years.

I know the street scene well in both cities.

I speak Spanish well.

Bogota definitely has more girls available, Medellin, IMO, has much better quality.

Though I fortunately found a few keepers in Bogota, on the streets of SF, there were lots of low quality IMO.

Medellin, for me, had way better quality, on the streets anyway.

In Bogota, however, the clubs are way better. Again IMO.

Venus was my favorite club.

Always found a sexy girl in there to play with, LOL.

You just missed me. I just landed in Bogota tonight, but I'm out again on Wednesday. Had some Delta credits I needed to use up.

The immigration line was backed up out the door and out to the middle of the 2nd conveyor. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to get through. Fortunately, they were pushing people through pretty quick.

How many blocks in centro? 2-3? Compared to SF with 8+ and girls all night -- Actually many Paisa come to Bogota-- so there is that-- At peak times density is fantastic with groups of8-10+.

Also there are girls that work early morning and lunch-.

Let's not forget that there are strolls in other areas too, a big one called Premiere de Mayo and as I remember near Zona Rosa and Chapinero-.

Medellin is definatey inferior in clubs and strolls.

This is just from an old impression. Santa Fe is definitely bigger than the El Centro Medellin stroll area with more girls, but I think the density is higher in El Centro. SF the girls seem to hang in groups of 3 or 4. In El Centro, on the street behind Veracruz church, on a good day, that block can be almost solid hookers for the whole block, both sides.

However, I've never strolled SF during peak periods. SF is definitely better at night, after 8 or 9 pm. Much of the El Centro street scene disappears after 8.

I think most guys experience only 1 block of the Santa Fe scene, but here it is on a map.

All of the 7 SWs I sessioned with had rooms lined up. They ranged from a few feet to one block from where I approached them. The price of the room, usually posted as 10 k, was included in the 50 k rate. They pay for the room up front, so ideally you pay the SW in small bills, so she has the 10 k for the room. If not, you sometimes have the hotel cashier claiming no change, but usually not. Just try to have 10's and 20's to make it easy. And for the casa / brothels, good to have a few 5's. The rooms are on site for those. Small bills also good for tips. One other thing, a few times, I was quoted 50 k extra for BBBJ, otherwise it was covered.

I have not been to Meddelin in ages but there is no way it can compete with Bogota in quantity as Bogota has 8+blocks of girls in SF alone. -- In quality it is probably even but Bogota will have way more Hot SGs-.

I do not want to get to know the chicas (my Spanish is lousy anyway), I don't want a GFE (can get that at home), and I don't mind feeling like I need a shower when I leave the bedroom, I just go back to my room and take a shower. To add my 2 cents to the discussion, I think that Santa Fe is as good as any place in the world for mongering, taking quantity, quality and price into account. And besides the mongering, there is good sightseeing/museums, much more so than MDE or most other good mongering locations. I've been most places in South and Central America, as well as Athens, Greece, and Bogota beats them all. The Santa Fe street walkers come in all sizes, ages and colors, and many of them are 7's or 8's. And the going rate, including the room, is 50 k. One weeknight for some reason, the first 2 I approached asked for 60 K, but when I walked away, ran after me saying Cinquenta. Even to me, 10 k ($2. 20) isn't a big deal, but I don't like being taken advantage of, so I kept walking. There is always another cute chica in Santa Fe. I can't see how anything bad could happen to someone as long as you stay on the main streets, there is so much activity on the streets, as well as a decent police presence, as long as you don't act and look like a gringo tourist, there is nothing to worry about. I was out as late as 11 PM, but usually earlier, and had a great choice as early as noon. I never tried the Santa Fe clubs, I was happy with the SWs. I also went to some of the brothels / casas in the central map (on WorldTravelers map, in Bogota lists). Both Rosquillas, La Bonita and Casa Verde all had nice choices. The current going rate is 35 k for a "rato", about 20 minutes, and is posted in most locations. If there was a mesero outside going in with me, I would give him 2 k to make him happy and have him leave me alone. I would then buy a water for 5 or 6 k (beer the same price), and then leisurely survey the chicas till I found one I liked. It was very easy to take a bus to both Santa Fe or the Central area, using the Transmilenio system. I can't wait to get back.
