There's been a lot of rumors and speculation that's been thrown around as for the reason that it was closed. Not a crime per say, but a reason that it's not the go-to place anymore.

I doubt the sidewalk construction will effect things much. I have been to Tijuana the day after it rains & it is not a problems. The main thing is be careful of the puddles.

Have seen sewer maintenance cover holes bubbling and dancing at Avenida Revolution on rain events, but I suspect it is a combined sewer and storm drain line.

With the recent zona Norte sidewalk beautification project. I expect the curb to be flooded unfortunately due to lack of capacity and water not able to flow upstream.

Expect a permanent lagoon in front of Leyva Hotel Parking driveway, Norte Senda Restaurant, and corner of Alley (Callejand Coahuila) and Avenida Constitution.

Case in point. Freshly paved parking driveway has a drain pipe below street level by MilAmoresBar.

On a positive note: A Rainy day in Tijuana beats a sunny day in my Moms basement!

The quality of the SG's & SW's has really gone down over the 5-8 years. Kathy is about the only exceptional looking SG. I see this one working girl in Tijuana. She very good looking about 8 or so.
