I don't have a car here. Then they took me back.

But the reality is, if I had $20 in my pocket it would have been the same result. They don't want to take anyone to jail for anything. They just want your money. I new that was the case. I wasn't nervous about anything. I was only for gone for 5 minutes and right back squeezing asses again.

Theres so many ways to view this. Did he just get kidnapped driven off and shaken down? Were you in cuffs when rhey drove you to darker street? Are you a high income person who makes more than 300 per day? On one end, we think, "the hells wrong with you man? But if the $" is no object, and you got a adrenaline rush from the experience that the woman would not be able to provide, how can we tell you that your a fool?. We can't. Plenty guys will drop $300 in hk in ten minutes no problem. I never give the policia nothing. The last time they tried to stop me, I was walking outside that Bodega in plaza senticilla as you take the walk to hk. I was in bad mood so I ignored them look away kept walking. Why did you even open yourself up to $300? You are talking USD right? The goal is to spread the $ around (I have both a slim fanny wallet and money belt) and minimize the risk of loss from those clowns. I keep $100-$150 in my pockets with rest back in my room safe. You could proly have gotten away with $20 USD apiece.

Just for anybody who is reading this, public drunkenness is illegal. An open container on the street it also illegal. Only a brain-dead gringo would do such a thing. One should never give the cops a reason to hassle you. And, if they do, don't give in to their demands for money. Of course this presupposes that you weren't committing an infraction to begin with.

Everybody thinks you deserved whatever you got. Frankly, you were lucky it was the cops who robbed you and not a street thug. You, sir, are a textbook reason why gringos get hassled in Tijuana. Laws don't apply to gringos. Until they do. SMDH.

I know that place is pretty scary, specially dark alleys and stuff, but you got to stand up to yourself at some extent, or not even go at all. Its mostly extortion. I know we are in their world, but they have a family that loves and care for them as well. They're nothing special.

Those cops can get fired for bribery and they don't want that.

Luke Powell has a great video on how to deal with cops. Basically, don't be rude even though they are the ones rude robbing you, but don't be rude and be diplomatic.

Same goes with the meseros, don't be rude to them even though they are the ones being rude, and be diplomatic and you'll come off easy.

I've had several meseros trying to shortchange me and snatching half beers off my table and what not, and I did not lose my cool at all, I simply told them that I feel like that was not fair and I want to tell management about it. That worked out every single time.

I also took two steps outside of HK holding a bottle of beer. It was bad timing. Two cops standing there. They saw me and I just laughed knowing I was about to be robbed. That's exactly what happened. They took be three blocks down the street, took a left into a dark street and said, "you'll go to jail for two days. How much money do you have?" I was about to walk back over to Chicago so I had just grabbed $300 from my room at Cascadas. They took it all. They I asked if I could get a picture with them. They said yes. Then they asked me if I wanted a ride back to HK. They dropped be off and I went on to have fun the rest of the night.

I just took my monthly trip to HK. I was there Monday. Wednesday and flew home Thursday morning. Lots of sexy girls as usual. How did you even get into a relationship with them? I just keep contact with them thru social media, but I rarely ever message them first. I may just like or compliment one of their stories but I don't have daily conversations with them, and every once in a while I may invite one to go on a vacation with me but that's it.
