I had the tacos, my chica had the wet burrito, in the restaurant and in the cabana afterwards. We were both happy with the quality of our food. But I had a problem with the speed of the wait staff. Even though I had cleared my schedule and there was nothing pressing there is a pace and rhythm that good with good service and this place did not have it. With so many other Mexican restaurants to try in Santo Doming it will be a while before I return to this one.

Found a nice hotel on EL Conde Hotel Staff very friendly Novus Haven Holdelpa. It is next door to a small Casino. About 50 bucks a night for a nice room breakfast included. I was surprised at all the people on the street for a Sunday night. I saw 3 decent hookers in Pacos. They were 7's which is unusable for Pacos. I was surprised how lively the streets were. Almost all Dominicans families.

I like black jack and live music. I take a dates to Jaraqua. You will see very few hookers worth your time. The chicas in the disco are usually hooked up with dates. On occasion you see a real smoker but they come with New York prices. I prefer airbnbs for the room and ease. Jaraqua is pricey 100 bucks or more. For $70 I can get a great airbnb anywhere in the city. If you are not into casas SD is not great for mongering IMHO

I was at the Jaragua last Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. I went by the casino and bar a number of times, at all hours. During the daytime I saw few if any hookers. On Saturday night there were maybe ten or fifteen, but only one that I'd do, and then only if I had a good buzz. However, those three days are the sum total of my experience at the Jaragua. I'd take GoGo's word over mine if I were you.
