They may have medicaid like USA poor get. Many USA cities give guaranteed income now for minorities or organist moms like Philly does. I know many people with subsidized rental apartments, have friend in brand new apartments near rich in Hamptons pays 800 it should cost 4000. She makes about 55 k year. Every morning going to USA from san Diego I see thr Mexican farmers usually 22 to 32 going to farm on work visa. I don't go to a place like Scandallo duping myself into believing I'm meeting "high-class women". If they were that, then they wouldn't even be in there!
