Witness said altercation in a trolley car between the man and a few SDPD. He said he had something for them, reached inside his jacket, when he was shot dead.
SDPD is not releasing info. Looks like they are trying to cover their asses.
I believe it's transit police officer. I don't know of those are cops or just armed security guards making 15 dollars an hour. If they were told he had a gun they should of ordered him to put his hands up, patted him down and not asked him for a ticket and then shot him for reaching for something. Every trolley cart has 3 mentally ill people on it and they all doing stupid shit. I had another incidence yesterday in morning black guy gets on 2 semi homeless types talking about killings between street guys for 5 stops then he gets up to get off and mumbling something at me staring me in face I think he wanted to kill me. I knew better not to take the trolley from imperial Ave to old down through the east village. You should always get off that stop and walk 200 feet to the trolley that goes through gaslamp that has much less homeless. Tijuana is safer than that east village area of downtown San Diego. A guy got on too and dragging a white bedspread covered in shit rubbed it against my pants I had to go immediately to the laundry mat. So disgusting the whole trolley situation.

This scares me. We are talking a mass grave. Fucking outstanding Mexican police fuckup for not stopping this earlier.

It is probably best to avoid Rosarito Ensenada until either things settle down or more is known. I know a few people go down often and or live there.

Guns and Crime
In Singapore, using a gun in the commission of a crime is a capitol offense. One of many reasons why Singapore is the number three safest cities in the world.

Last yea I was waiting in line at the border & saw this girl that I knew. She was getting beers to drink while she was waiting in line with her friends. It was really dumb. The police look for gringo's to do dumb things like this. They extort big bribes from dummies like this. !!

Will admit I've on a couple of occasions taken open drinks from HK to go arriba at Cascadas next door with a chica LOL. Typically ( 95% of the time) no one will notice if you're just walking to next door but if policia just happen to be watching and notice, it could possibly be an issue.

I agree here. Law enforcement is disorganized & it shows in the Zona.
"The different levels of government don't know how to divide the responsibilities among local, state and federal agencies," she said. "It needs to be clear the governor is coordinating and is in charge, and if the National Guard is involved, it's her responsibility to oversee the federal forces, which don't know how to do police work.
