What I normally do is subscribe for a Hungarian number on my existing skype subscription which costs around 6-7 GBP for a month (minimum term).

The number works for both inbound and outbound need to be dialed and received via app.

Since Hungary has EU data roaming this works well with my UK Vodafone sim.
