Yeah it's all kind of fascinating, at least in my opinion. In a way reminds me of Game of Thrones (for those that watched that show on HBO), in that HK. And its related clubs. Have worked their way over the years to the very "top" of Zona Norte, and have seemingly even pushed their top rival (Adelitas) out this year. But what comes with that is now THEY become the prime target and everyone will now be gunning for their heads trying to get a piece.

I'd assumed HK was well enough connected politically to the point where they were at low risk for attacks like this. Maybe only have to pay occasional bribes here and there but guess I was wrong and not like I would have a clue about that stuff anyway LOL.

The National Guard stuff is interesting. Had seen National Guard patrolling down in Zona Norte with increasing frequency recently. Maybe they see the shakeups going on and some of them decided they wanted a piece. Though the National Guard being the culprits here is, to my understanding, a claim only the victims are making at this point and has not been confirmed by others.

HK's owners' homes attacked and robbed

Looks like HK's owners have been under threat. HK has hired armed Commercial Guards at the front and back door at least at night on weekends.

Tuesday July 11 HK's owner Brizuela's home was attacked, 2 shot dead, 1 Commercial Guard, 1 bandit.

Thursday July 13, Escobelo's home was invaded by alleged Guardia Nacional. They beat up the owner and took away an ice chest of cash. Not clear if the pick up truck left behind was real GN's truck.

GN patrols in groups of 6 to 12 on truck, carrying machine guns and automatic rifles. More likely the attackers in this case were cartel guys disguised in G and uniforms. Would be interesting to know what investigations find out.

    Another monger bites the dust

This news story is a good read for zona norte, border patrol enthusiasts. Basically this border patrol guy was letting drugs in, for $$, then spending a lot of it in Zona Norte on his female or females. A lot dudes come, and go, and can't handle the zona norte. Thry over dose, murder a girl, commit crimes to support their sex life. This game ain't for the weak. You need to stay sharp and grounded out here.

CBP officer facing bribery, drug charges lived 'secret life' with HK putas

CBP officer facing bribery, drug charges lived 'secret life' fueled by cash: Prosecutors.

Published July 11,2023 • Updated on July 11,2023 at 6:13 pm.

A USA Customs and Border Protection officer accused of allowing cars packed with illegal drugs to cross into the USA From Mexico unchecked lived a secret life away from his stateside family fueled by large amounts of unexplained cash, prosecutors argued.

CBP Officer Leonard George is charged with accepting bribes and conspiracy to transport and distribute controlled substances, including heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamines.

At George's detention hearing, Deputy USA Attorney Bianca Calderon-Penaloz argued George should be held without bail because he's a flight risk. Although George is a USA Citizen, he makes frequent trips to Tijuana to an area known for parties and prostitution. Prosecutors say he made 39 trips to Tijuana so far this year to visit a girlfriend who works at the Hong Kong Gentleman's Club.

A USA Customs and Border Protection officer has been allowing vehicles loaded with drugs to cross the USA -Mexico border, federal prosecutors say. NBC 7's Jackie Crea reports on July 6, 2023.

The prosecution also shared new details about how the drug smuggling scheme worked. A one-year investigation showed that load drivers bringing drugs across the border were instructed to look for the lane where George worked. They would wait for a "go signal" that he was in the lane and the vehicles would pass through George's lane without inspection, said Calderon-Penaloza.

The prosecutor added that George made large cash deposits and large credit card payments with bribe money.

Calderon-Penaloza told the judge George lived a "secret life apart from his wife and children" and that the secretive behavior was leading to a separation.

George's court-appointed lawyer, Andrew Nietor, argued that his client has "significant family and community ties" and that he is married with three children and should not be considered a flight risk.

Judge Barbara Major disagreed. She said the case against George appears to be a strong one and that it appears he has strong ties to Mexico and available cash.

"There are so many factors here that create a risk that he will not appear in court as required," Judge Major said.

George shook his head back and forth in apparent disbelief as his opportunity to bail out of custody was denied. His wife appeared to be holding back tears.

If convicted George could spend 10 years to life in prison.

Underground networks of pimps and brokers

Employing illegal workers may cause administrative fines but not prison sentences.

Adelita was charged with employing underaged sex workers, which is a serious federal criminal offense, among other charges. The owners and managers are in deep shit in CDMX.

There are extensive underground networks of pimps and brokers in Mexico recruiting and pimping underaged boys and girls. For decades they do a lot more business than putas bars in La Zona. This I gathered from the news and heard from reliable sources.

It's common knowledge among the Mexicans I know. Mexican government must know what's going on all the time but has not taken any actions. They prefer shutting down putas bars for maximum publicity. Poor parents send their children into sex work early. Cartel guys with money, like El Chapo, have been known to purvey sex with the youngest children regularly.

It's depressing to think of all illegal and immoral activities going on as normal life in Mexico.

Not long before Adelitas was shut down, they imported alot of talent. I am by no means saying there was "trafficking". Not at all. In fact, I know a girl in Medellin that was desperately trying to get into Adelitas. They had "talent scouts" in other countries. I met several Colombianas in Adelitas that last year. All were unquestiinably of age, but they were not old by any stretch. Yes, Adelitas had a generally older set of women. But my theory is all of the importation and handing jobs to them vs Mexican girls didn't sit well with everyone. It's also why I'd be more worried about Chicago more than HK.

Tijuana mayor Caballero apparently has been focusing on and investigating putas bars. She engaged federal prosecutors to shut Adelita down for not having records proving ALL putas were adults, among other charges. 4 guys, owners and managers of Adelita were arrested, facing grave criminal charges in federal jurisdiction with likely long prison sentences.

Hong Kong and other bars may face charges for not checking putas' health cards and IDs, and having records to prove it. Some putas are obviously carrying diseases.

Looks like mayor Caballero has high-priority agenda in targeting putas bars, trying to "save" the allegedly trafficked hoes, whether they need or want to be saved or not. Thousands of families with single mothers and young children will be starving. Perhaps the mayor should offer skills training and alternative employment to these young single mothers before "saving" and pushing them them into starvation.

Perhaps the mayor should forget about soft targets like the putas and pursue hard-core criminals, drugs cartels pushing drugs on children, raping and murdering people left and right. Those cartel guys are extremely harmful criminals to Mexico, but the mayor is not focusing on them. May be the cartels have money to bribe officials and the hapless single.
8 yrs ago before I walked into mexixo for my 1st time I thought Tijuana was just some dumpy outpost with strip bars and taco stands. After going a few times, and over 7 yrs it grew to be mexixos 2nd biggest city. About 5 yrs ago I felt in due time mexixo would eliminate the zona norte scene. Its too easy of a target for anyone whose needing potlicial points, or a non sexualnpers9 n who can't relate to the scene. Once Tijuana was willing to shut everything down in the city for covid, which shocked me, I was certain zona norte scene is on the way out. All countries are continues changing. San diego had prostitution once. Nyc had strip bars all over it was like a zona norte but little more spread about and didn't cost more than 5 bucks to play with girls breaks and ass in 93. But everything changes. Usa laughed and ridiculed socialism for year and now we have govnt involved from every business being on welfare to govt cell phones, food, free rent. We laughed at China draconian police state enforcement when in reality we are copying them in every move to spy, arest, control our own dissenters. Once zona xloses down just go to nyc because it has 10 x the pro working girls Tijuana has. Tlnyc is now anti areat working girls, as they are females in financial trouble and you wpuld have to be a racist to arest a working girl.
