On another note I noticed a new camera set up overlooking the main bar. It looked different than all of the other HK cameras. Perhaps there were several more of them but it was the only one that stuck out to me. I'll attach a pic of what it looked like. Someone posted an article the other day about a new law requiring cameras to be hooked up to the police network so maybe it's one of those. I noticed Chicago also has walk through metal detectors now as well.

Yeah it's been talked about in the Tijuana papers for awhile and it finally happened last week and some places were closed for not following the rules. They are supposed to have cameras, metal detectors and a panic button. It's funny how so many guys on here put down HK yet they are always the first to make it as safe as possible for customers and girls.
