This spa is mentioned previously in this forum. A VIP salon. Very clean and with AC and hot water. It was my third visit there. Very good line of girls. The bathroom has two entering doors from two rooms. I was taking a shower in the bathroom and next room there was one ongoing massage and suddenly heard many footsteps. The door bashed open and a civil guy said we are from police get dressed. My blood boiled from head to toe.

Finished shower and grabbed clothes and tried to flea the scene but I was stopped. I even said I didn't take any service but they didn't let me go. They have caught another guy who already had the service and when he's going back to his car. Only the OIC and WPCs were in uniforms. They had a warrant also. This is a legitimate spa which only gave HJs. Owner did seemed a little worried but the girls were very calm. Ow er asked whether police can wait until girls have their lunch and they said ok. Under and in terms of the Laws currently in force in Sri Lanka.

1. Prostitution is not an Illegal Activity. Therefore You are not committing any offence.

2. Running a Brothel is Illegal, Under and interms of the Brothels Ordinance of Sri Lanka.

Now, the only person who can be arrested at a "Spa" is the owner. Even the Women who work their cannot be arrested under the Brothels Ordinance. They are produced in court under a different Act. Sometime the Police resort to an arrest under the Vagrants Ordinance as well as some other antiquated laws.

Where you are concerned, the Police cannot do anything to you. They cannot arrest you or produce you in court. Even if they produce you in court (very unlikely, in fact extremely unlikely) as a material witness, no police report will ever reflect that. Police Clearance Reports will never be able to include details of you being used by the state as a witness.

Therefore never be worried about a Police raid. HA ha ha stay clam, smile tell the Police you have no idea what's going on you came here for a massage the end. Even if you end up with your pants down, the Police won't bother. If they try to ask for a bribe, say you are not going to pay one on any account you know your rights.
