Just thought I'd add my experience with the mainstream Spa's in Bali.

I tried to book DELTA spa but had so much difficultly with them I gave up. There is no prices on their website so I contacted them with what I thought would be a simple enough request (well in fact they don't really have a website). So Sway Spa seemed to have very similar services to Flame but first notable point was prices was only 50% of Flame Spa at 900,000 IDR for 60 minutes with 2 ladies. It was quick and easy to book.

First tip is to get a taxi or Grab to it, it's down quite a few residential streets / alleys. Long way to walk from the main street, but you'll also never find it on your own, also some of the alleys are pretty dark and dingy.

Staff were very friendly. They emphasized at reception, no FS just HJ / happy ending which at the time was fine by me.
