I haven't been to BB's in a while but reading their monthly newsletter it seems the lineup of girls has improved post COVID. Can anybody who has been there recently confirm this?

I was just there in mid=Sept & the chicas are the best I've seen there in a long time. I'm a veteran of BB over 10 years. Do not eat any beef in the DR unless it's imported. Very bad beef.

When I was there in March, I don't know what it was but the hamburger got me sick to my stomach. I threw it up so I thought maybe I will just had a bad burger that day so I bought it again a couple days later in the same thing happened so I don't know other than at the breakfast was pretty good. Other food items that I didn't have any issues with just a hamburger meat that one time when I bought the hamburgers are two different days had the same issue.

I was at BB's several years ago and actually got food poisoning from eating the hamburger. It wasn't thoroughly cooked and had probably been out in the sun or not refrigerated properly. You're lucky you vomited because I had to get ani-biotics and was out of commission for a couple days. I think the beef gets spoiled there in the heat.

Does anyone happen to know if BB allows late check in between 12 am, and 2 am?

There are a few flights from the NY area into STI that get in late. I'd like to be able to fly down after work, head to the hotel and have a fresh start first thing in the morning rather then wasting a day traveling.

The staff is gone at that time, but I know there is a security guard. Not sure if they would be willing to leave the key and I can settle up first thing in the AM with my room charges.

I tried to ask about this during my last trip but the person behind the desk could not interprete what I was asking due to the language barrier.

Yes, you can check in late. For example, if you are getting to BB's at 4:00 am On January 3, you will need to pay for January 2. If you email them that you are arriving late, they will give keys to the security guard, and you can pay when you wake up.

I have to agree with you on this one. No one's forcing them to work there. They chose to work there if they don't want to have the right demeanor in the right attitude, then I'm not going to spend money on them when I'm in the Dominican republic it's like a kid in a candy store. There is so many different options. Not only a Blackbeards what other places that I don't have to deal with a bad attitude. I don't care how good the girl looks. I can get anything I want down there. It's a buyers market. It's a buyer's Paradise.

No one is looking over their shoulder. They chose to bang or not if the guy turns them off. You get much better service if the girl finds you some what appealing. Often the most hideous guys go after the hottest girls.

However most of the Blackbeards ladies have baby damage, tattoo damage, have nothing in common with you to talk about and are typical Dominicans you cannot trust. Dominican women all want to leave early because they have a sick relative in the hospital, their baby needs milk, etc.
