That particular Guatape trip, we were all so high, I don't think people even thought about condoms.

I've just got back from Brazil and as always after every trip I get a health screening, as it's free to do in my country.
While in Brazil all my encounters were fully covered and no mishaps occurred, but I always partake BBBJ's. Although showing no signs I was surprised to test positive for Chlamydia and negative for HIV, gonorrhoea and syphilis.
This was 100% contracted via BBBJ's, which although I was aware of the possibility I always thought highly unlikely.
So just a cautionary tale, it is worth getting tested regularly and don't assume not doing BBFS is all you should think about.
I'm posting this under a new profile for reasons I won't go into.

Posts: 4Tefnx. Thank you very much for the helpful reply and your EU perspective. There are interesting points there and that is why I came here to ask. Thanks again!

These are the more likely reasonings, and I am from Vienna, where, BBFS is one of the most prevalent in Europe.
1) One of the countries, and you can check anywhere, with the most BBFS in legal prostitution is Austria, more specifically Vienna. One of the reason is that Vienna / Austria has less HIV cases, particularly if you count out the homosexuals. HIV people are registered and also take medicine which is almost free here if your working due to the social insurance. Again this is not saying it is not happening just less likely to happen in a country say Austria than a country in Africa. So people are more at ease. Again for example Germany doesn't have this and its social status is very similar to Austria, but it is a peace of mind that it is here rather than in again some country in Africa continent.
2) The second major part is that BBFS costs extra. Often double the price. So the average price of a 1 hour in a fast place like Laufhaus or private brothel is around 120 Euros right now with cover, with BBFS your paying double of that as an extra. And yes to answer your question BBFS naturally allow CIP. It doesn't mean that will happen, but its basically a right you purchase along with BBFS. And most of the girls do not do some cycle or whatever, they have a dam inside or IUD.
Are they concerned with their health risks? I am sure they are, but sometimes it is also that they are desperate, but also again with the above risks of getting disease and having crossed off pregnancy some will take the risks. Theres ofc not just HIV as an issue, there's other STDs, but most of them are curable, whereas HIV is not (well it is nowadays but it doesn't go away, its just 'controlled'.
So that's the major reason really and the effects.

This idea you have that sex is primarily done based on detailed and careful considerations and introspective logic is what is completely off the hook false and delusional. A lot of people aren't introverts and aren't highly educated and will never have so much reflection in their life as your post suggests imo.

Posts: 4Why are some providers OK with BBFS?
Hi all. Looking for help and not here to argue whether BBFS is right or wrong or crazy or not. There are tons of debates about that already. Only asking from a curiosity viewpoint. My questions are down below.
Personally though I do notice that condoms are a barrier to the great skin to skin feel, an insulating barrier that's good for some STD prevention but poor for feeling exchange and triggering the sensitive nerves to their max height.
I notice that they can also hold back a release especially if a huge load and even more with a condom that is too small when they're providing it, constricting things, like the erection has to fight against the tight condom to stay up. Worse when being rushed or a bad attitude worker. No problems completing the task but it's more of an effort compared to without one.
My curiosity and part shock is that there are places like apartments, some clubs and escorts where the girls allow BBFS. Even in Europe. Attractive girls too. Not some ugly junkies either.
I can't figure out why they allow that so excuse me if it's just too obvious to others.
#1. Aren't the girls afraid of the possible negative health outcomes?
#2. And aren't they worried about getting pregnant? Or maybe they can't get pregnant. Or maybe they use a dam. Or maybe they time it to their cycle.
#3. Or do they require the customer to pull out or the customer just assumes they have to do that? I would guess though that some customers would not pull out. Or are the generally allow to just CIP?
Speaking of that. Same questions about the girls in porn where you see BBFS and CIP. Maybe it's possible that both persons are tested frequently so the girls don't worry about the possible negative health issues? The question still stands about them being worried or not about getting pregnant.
As you can see I'm clearly in confusion about this and I need some sex ed here so thanks to anyone who can help!

Posts: 65Precautions after bareback anal
Hello,
Posting for the first time on this thread. I request for seniors' and experts' guidance on my situation.
I had bareback anal with a working girl a couple of days ago, thinking (quite foolishly) that it wasn't such a big deal.
Although I am yet to see any symptoms of any kind of STI or STD, I have been freaking out after reading stuff online about it being the "riskiest of all".
So, started PEPSE pills today and planning to get tested next week for some of the STIs and get another test done after about 2-3 weeks for other STIs and STDs.
Are there any other precautionary measures or things I should do now to reduce the risk of any infection / disease?
Thanks in advance!
