Can you share a little more on why nuru or discrete might be ripoffs? Is it what you get vs. The rate? Seems like smooci is very similar if not higher.

I've been chatting with both, and they seem fairly responsive and professional.

Per the other post about nuru, it did mention they provide something to cover the bed.

As much as Manila is a mongering town, I was wondering what else there is to do there besides walk around GB an BGC? Any recommendations on where to go and what to do? Maybe grab somewhere close by, but just dreading the traffic going anywhere.
From way out in left field, or possibly left court, could going to watch basketball or volleyball appeal? Men's pro bball and women's volleyball, plus college competitions for both as well, gets you somewhere different, plus you never know what might come of it. PM if you think it might be worthwhile.

Usually not. However, staying at Sunette Tower last month, the vax card was required for my girls. OTOH it was not asked for at Fersal Neptune hotel just 2 blocks away. There is no consistency in Phils. Even if its required by admin at your hotel / residence, the particular guard on duty may or may not be aware of that. They day shift guard might insist on it, while the evening shift guard might not be aware of it. In addition, a picture of your (or her) vax card on your phone might be good enough. Once again:

Call your residence Admin in advance, or ask after you check in, on their current policy. Don't believe stuff you read on the Internet (including here), as things change constantly.

The worse thing that can happen is that you might need to get a ST hotel.

Many businesses are closed here for the entire week. I went into one yesterday, and one today, and was greeted in both by a single employee. I was told "Our people are gone for voting. You try back next Monday". Seems silly to keep a single employee behind the counter and the door unlocked just to tell the occasional shopper that you aren't open. Pretty serious about this extended holiday thing here. Traffic is very light.

    Good report.

Monday's elections in Phils are for Barangay leaders. This might be considered the country's "Mid-term" elections, which are held between the larger presidential elections. I think city and Brgy leaders are elected every 3 years. On Friday as I was heading out the door for a walk at 6 am, there was a bundle of about 30 flyers, all packaged together, on my door. They were all for my Brgy's election candidates. In addition later on Saturday there were bunches of trucks running around the city, each with loudspeakers, blaring VOTE FOR JIMMY KAGAWAD! At one point Saturday morning as I was heading to the mall there were 4 such trucks at a street choke-point (the two lanes for traffic, one heading east and the other west, are normally down to 1 lane at that point), were further choked by 4 such trucks at that spot gumming up the traffic even more. All four trucks were blaring music, and VOTE FOR JIMMY KAGAWAD! Or such simultaneously. It took 15 extra minutes to get thru the choke point (and I was on a bike). Welcome to Philippines.

Alcohol is usually banned starting the day prior to an election, and police or military checkpoints might be put in place for a day or so. Also in regards to movement. Pinoy can only physically vote, and must do so in their registered Brgy (usually the home Brgy). When they move away from home, they must re-register in the new Brgy. Most don't, so they travel home as a holiday over this weekend. Hence the weekend, the voting Monday, in addition to the Halloween time (All-Saints day, All-souls day), become an extended holiday.

As stated previously, these kinds of temporary rules are not only made by Governors or mayors, but also Brgy Captains, willy-nilly. The rules are often created, then not communicated to the effected population, and hence might be ignored. Even if communicated, they might be ignored. Or enforced, like it or not.

Unaccompanied females are not allowed inside gogo bars anywhere in Phils as far as I know. You must escort a girl in if she does not work there. They don't want street girls or gals from other bars inside, competing with their barfine system. Once escorted inside, your drinks for your Maison girl should come at the regular price you pay for your own drinks (not LD prices). Its possible that your Maison girl is friends with some of the girls in Lips, and she might be worried that the Lips girls might tell the manager that an outsider is in the bar. Never had any bar bat an eye when I brought in outside girls to their bar. I made long-time (afternoon pre-work ST's, and day-off LT's) regulars out of girls from several bars: Hollywood (now defunct at today's Bourbon bar), Bourbon (now Maison), Bottoms, Mirrors, Dimples, Star Dust, and Go Bananas.

I butt-plugged several of them (like a recent picture) and took them gogo barhopping on their night off. Recently I posted a butt-plug pic of a girl who had worked in several Burgos gogo bars. The night of those pics I plugged her and we hit several bars for drinks. After 2 bars we hit Cubana for dinner and live band. She was wildly liquored-up and as she came back from the CR in Cubana, over loud music, she yelled into my ear: We f*ck tonight and we f*ck tomorrow! I didn't have the heart to tell her that I was too inebriated for that at the time: She was plugged, drunk, happy, and singing with the band. We hit another bar after that and called it a night. We were both too hungover in the morning for sex. But it was a great night.

The next few days will be slower across Phils. Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and any voting period will result in a slow-down of things in Phils. People will stop what they are doing over the weekend to migrate to their Brgy, then use the several days after the vote to enjoy time with fam and migrate back to their work area.

Hmm. I was considering it to, the massage part whether it be nuru or not. But let's go with "Nuru" for the sake of it. Usually when I do this there are massage parlors and they have beds with a plastic cover or blow up mattresses in a shower area etc. I do wonder, how does this work in your own hotle room. Doesn't things get super messy. Sure you can always ask for new sheets or w / e but still. What's the idea on how to prevent a complete mess on your bed LOL.

    Early closings

I went out on Burgos last night and was surprised at Maison for them to tell me they were closing at 12, last drink orders were around 11:30. Evidently there is a liquor ban in place because of the elections happening over the next couple of days and the Makati mayor has decided to extend it to 4 days over the forthcoming all saints holiday. Bizarrely, the rules of the liquor ban state that foreign tourists are exempt, which translates into some places closing early and some basically ignoring the rules. As with many things in the Phils, regulations seem to be put in place simply to be ignored or challenge you to flout them.

In terms of a report, had a great time with my regular as usual, she is expensive (if no barfine, 8,000 PHP) but worth it IMHO. Fantastic ass and cute face, though she just got braces (why do they seem to always feel the need for that even when unnecessary? Methinks there might be a scam going on for the girls working at the bars.) Anyway I digress, best tip I can offer is that she introduced me to the best short time hotel I have come across, not the main Sogo but an annex next to it which seems to be operated by the same people but is essentially a residence, with much nicer rooms and better "amenities" (I. E. Towels, soap etc.) It's literally next door and a much better option if you don't mind paying 2,000 PHP for a full night stay.

Anyway, just a friendly note to all that some places will likely be closing earlier or not that friendly to guests over the next 3-4 days, but you'll still find options.

My friends like to use massage girls that come to your room, and book online. Don't see it discussed. Anything to watch out for.

I was leaning toward manilla courtesans myself, but I see nuru massage, discrete massage, etc. Look tempting but who can say.
