If you are an English language speaker, there is only "You" even though there is the archaic form of "thou", fallen into disrepute. All romance languages on the other hand, continue with the formal form. Never dare say "tu" to an stranger French person, make sure you use "vous". With Hispanic girl, it is a different ball game in case you do not like getting "Usted" from the chicas? Regarding dating, do you have any recommendations on best places abroad for me to try dating? I'm fine with trying dating again somewhere overseas but not in the states with the craziness going on right now (feminism and women having too many options due to dating apps, social media etc).

You should try out the Philippines they speak English are friendly and if your white even easier than I wrote about above if your not there still easy. Also if you have the money you should go to Jaco Costa Rica the chicks look better and there not scammers like Sosua even give Panama a look.

Heed Cooley High's advice and stay away from Sosua for now. I presume you know yourself better than all the strangers here. Why no sexual experience at your age? Are you shy and introvert? Then, I'd say start with P4 P in a controlled environment, which Sosua is not! You may want to try the Blackbird Resort in Puerto Plata and see if you like it. The girls come to you, the prices are set, and the avenues for scams of any kind are very limited. Stay there for a few days, and if you don't like it, Sosua is just 40 minutes away.

That said, if you're really asking for anyone's opinion, I'd try dating first, especially since you're on the world tour, but keep in mind that this "advice" is based on your age only.
