1) Everyone moves his vehicle where he wants to, with little heed to other drivers or turn signals (motorcycles are much more likely to signal than sedans or trucks). Anyone can / will cut off anyone else, and nobody gets too upset about it. Turn signals are not used to change lanes, they are used at intersections to turn a corner.
2) Nose-in-front wins. The vehicle whose nose (front) is in the intersection first has the right of way, regardless of traffic signals (most intersections have no lights, yield or stop signs; I call them 4-way no-stops).
3) Nose in front wins again. You are driving along at a set speed in the left lane. The driver in the right lane is driving the same speed as you, but the nose of his vehicle is 12" further forward than yours. He will feel quite comfortable to change into the left lane, without signalling, by simply sliding left. Your choices are slim and dire: L) accelerate hard and get in front of him before he gets into your lane; M) move to your left, possibly into oncoming traffic or onto a sidewalk; or N) Slam on your brakes, decelerate hard, and let him slide into the left lane (this is your only realistic hope). Honking your horn will not stop his leftward movement (he fully expects you to MOVE out of his way). Yelling at him will not help in the moment, nor will he heed your ire.
4) You are in a circle or round-about, like the Fuente Circle in Cebu. There are, say, 2 lanes (left-inner lane and right-outer lane), and 4 entry / exits for the circle. Driving counter-clockwise, drivers entering the circle (from the right) will try hard to move quickly to the inside (left) lane. Then when they want to exit the circle, they will wildly careen across the right lane to exit to the right. Had the driver entering the circle stayed in the right lane, he would have avoided 2 lane crossings (the second one wildly dangerous). Even drivers proceeding thru just a quarter of the circle (90 degrees), entering (from the right to left) and exiting (left to right) quickly will attempt to get to the inside lane, then immediately to the outside right lane. Regardless of this being extremely common, its wildly irrational and dangerous. Speaking to pinoy drivers about this concept gets this kind of response: "Ya I don't know why we do that".
5) At least half, or more, of drivers don't look left (or right) when turning at an intersection. You can stand near any street corner and watch drivers making right-hand turns. They approach the corner and slow down, then turn right, without ever looking left. They rarely come to a complete stop when turning right on a red stop light (they almost treat it like its a green light).
6) Pinoy drivers pass on the left (and slowly) in, and just prior to, a curve in the road, where oncoming traffic is difficult to see. When oncoming traffic shows up suddenly in such a passing situation, the passing driver will not only swerve back into the right lane, he will cut off anyone he was passing, forcing them off the road or to decelerate hard. He might even take his foot off the gas and hit the brake in a panic, thus forcing the guy getting passed to react even faster.
7) Pinoy drivers are often very kind. Several times as I was learning the layout of the various streets, I made an incorrect left turn (a tiny sign, hidden by trees, shows the no-left-turn) or went the wrong way on a 1-way street. Other drivers (and pedestrians) will yell something like: "Sir don't do that. You don't go that way. Go straight". Very sweet.
8) Motorcycles rule the road. They are everywhere and outnumber other vehicles. Their small size means the drivers will drive maze-like thru a traffic jam anytime. I have learned to follow that lead.
9) I have learned to drive willy-nilly like the locals, cutting anyone off the same way they do. Its difficult to drive here and not be cut off several times when going somewhere, and cutting off several other people. I fear that I will return to the home country and drive the same way.

I'm in good shape, and is usualy out for 2-3 hours walking every day.
Budget aprox Euro 200 pr day?? Or should this be increast.
I have some experience with German FKK clubs. But that is FFFG (find, fuck and forget).
Now I'm actually looking for a lady who can also be nice to have breakfast with. And it will be a slightly different starting point.
I don't want to ruin my vacation by making a deal with a jealous, controlling lady. At the same time, I want to avoid dramatic scenes when I leave the Philippines.
I have to think a little more carefully about what might be the best. But it's nice planning. If there are more tips, they are welcome. If you have contacts I can use, please send a PM.
I will keep you updated along the way.

Just one other piece of advice. If you're around a non-hardened pro for more than a few days, she will probably tell you that she loves you. And she will mean it, at least in some form. Be prepared for that. Be prepared for clinginess after she says that. Be prepared for jealousy if you continue much longer than that. All things to consider when taking a girl along with you.
Be prepared for bullshit in its many forms. If a girl is a pro in any sense of the word, her job is to get your money. Don't be easily separated from it.
But, there are good things, too. Like my 21 year old from Mindanao. I can call and talk to her at any time because she has nothing to hide. She has told me the good and the unflattering things about her. She actually is honest and does what she says she will and doesn't ask for money. She actually waited to say love, is not clingy, and is not jealous. I say this just to show that there are many sides to the girls here.

It's very easy to find a travel companion. Just remember to leave your self a way out should thing turn bad. Many girls are great for a few days but can become tiring after that.
Be careful delegating too much too the girl otherwise you will end up seeing what she wants to and possibly being led to her cousin, the tour car driver extraordinaire.
Age really is up to you. Anywhere along the spectrum won't be a problem.
Enjoy. G.

I flicked through your posts. Going on them, you should go to either manila or Angeles ad pace out your fucking. Tour guides seem to be not for you and using a hooker as a tour guide is not for anyone.

Garbage In Garbage Out.
Details about yourself would be most helpful. Weight, mobility, hobbies, likes, dislikes and on and on. Most important is your budget. Hotel budget. Travel budget. Budget for girls.
What does organize and accompany you mean? A travel guide? Make a daily routine schedule for you?
With better input you will get a better results.

If you get the right girls you can plan accordingly to visit Palawan, Boracay etc.
Money talks. Not the looks, age. Philippine girls are nice and friendly mostly and will make your trip enjoyable. Do not worry if the first few girls refuse. Keep trying. There is always someone who will agree to your deal.

Posts: 74Old Mans trip to The Phillipines
Hi.
I have read a lot but haven't found a good answer, I need expert advice.
I am 67 years old and have never been to the Philippines before. I have now booked tickets for January. I want to enjoy myself with ladies. Age from 25 and up. I also want to experience beautiful nature and culture. What is the right place for me?
Manila? Palawan? Cebu? Borocay?
I could also imagine hiring a lady to organize and accompany me around. Does that make sense?
What age range do I have to look for? (I don't want them old, I have a lot of old girlfriends back home.).
I hope someone can give me some advice.

Fatties & Trannies.
Just back in Cebu after 3 years absent. Still a 3rd world shithole. Only had 2 regulars to call. One is pregnant. The other one is gone fat.
Would have been rude to tell her to get lost, so I took one for the team. Last time I did a fat chick was my one & only ex-wife.
Looked online- Fatties & Trannies!
Not many bikini bars left, & my car sat for 3 years & not so reliable.
So, I can't get out to reconnoiter. I've been coming to the philippines 24 +/- years now.
I'm stuck way out in Mactan, Maribago, nso it's hard to get girls to come out here.
Any tips appreciated!
