If you are an English language speaker, there is only "You" even though there is the archaic form of "thou", fallen into disrepute. All romance languages on the other hand, continue with the formal form. Never dare say "tu" to an stranger French person, make sure you use "vous". With Hispanic girl, it is a different ball game in case you do not like getting "Usted" from the chicas? Once you start boinking, it would miraculously transform to a "Tu" but I am not sure if it is for the better or worse.

Regarding dating, do you have any recommendations on best places abroad for me to try dating? I'm fine with trying dating again somewhere overseas but not in the states with the craziness going on right now (feminism and women having too many options due to dating apps, social media etc).

You should try out the Philippines they speak English are friendly and if your white even easier than I wrote about above if your not there still easy. Also if you have the money you should go to Jaco Costa Rica the chicks look better and there not scammers like Sosua even give Panama a look.
