With EP a few days before is best. That is when they know the schedule pretty well, although for some ladies they only really know until the day before.

EP has a tendency to say Yes, she will be available, if you book weeks before, as they assume if you have locked the appointment in, you will accept a substitute if the original lady doesn't work that day.
