At Tulip, it's a set fee for service, payable in advance at the desk, based on time. However, some do tip based on the level of service but tipping is OPTIONAL here.

I went there 3 times and 2 of them have been insanely good.

First time was nice but not crazy. Don't know the name of the girl but I'm curious so I can see how others did with her.
