Nope. I think my post was very clear. If all the soi 6 bars had 100% customers like you, they wouldn't be there and soi 6 would be gone in a flash. I look at Soi 6 as a place to go to drink, meet girls, and then fuck them. If any punter buys drinks and then is refused a bar fine, it's their own fault for not asking first if the girl will go.

I stand by this opinion for any guy going to any bar in Pattaya. Before I even buy them 1 drink, I ask them if they are available for me to bar fine them. I make it clear that I want them to go with me. We may not talk about price , but I have never been refused a bar fine because of this.

There is a reason guys complain after buying a bunch of drinks then finding out a chick is not going to fuck. They were not really there because they wanted to buy the drinks; they were there because that is where the pussy is. Nobody is going out to normal discos and just buying a bunch of drinks for chicks they have no intention of trying to fuck. On Soi 6 you know that you can fuck without the song and dance of buying drinks to try to butter a chick up or get her drunk enough to agree to fuck.

Exactly, huge issue at the moment. The assumption is that the women in these bars are available, but there are a ton of them floating about that are drinks only. At first I thought that maybe it was just a few girls who did not like the cut of my jib, but that's not the case there are drinks only girls in a lot of the bars now.

As I said before, high season is not going according to plan. The girls have not made their drink quotas and now the girls are panicking. It's busy but there are still more ladies than required. Thats why they are pushing for drinks. Their salaries get reduced if they don't meet their drink quote. In Soi 6, salaries have always been dependent on how many drinks they get. This has not changed. Why guys complain about it is beyond me. It's like going into a car dealership and complaining about the sales person trying to sell you a car. it's like going into any shop and then complaining about them trying to sell you something. They can choose to go or not to go to Soi 6 or even bars in general. The best part about Pattaya is there is something for everyone in every budget range. The guys that don't want to buy lady drinks are the guys the always try to put the square peg in the round hole. It does not fit right. They should go with the Fls then or just keep their mouthes shut the fuck up and enjoy the quick ST on soi 6 at the expense of the guys that buy drinks whenever the girls allow.

There is a balance. No one has an issue buying drinks, being pestered for drinks non stop is another thing altogether.

Spot on. However the problem is that BEFORE covid they made a good revenue easy and this year is a nightmare all over Pattaya. The increase in salaries all over Pattaya put everything out of balance.

So these days there is much more focus on drinks than before.

All you guys are getting the wrong idea. Soi 6 bars are bars. They are open to sell drinks. That is their main source of revenue. If that revenue stream is gone, the bar won't survive. When other customers are buying drinks, that creates an opportunity for some guys to come in, buy 1 drink and do a ST. If the girls have made their drink quota or are close to it, they won't mind and won't push you to buy lady drinks. I think my previous post and this one are very clear. If you don't like being pressured to buy drinks, don't go to a "bar" LOL. Go to a massage place. A bar is a bar. It is your money and you can do what you want, but don't whine and complain when you go into a bar and get pressured to buy drinks. That's the same as walking into 7/11 and expecting to stand in the store all day enjoying the AC without making a purchase. If you don't want to buy drinks, don't buy them, but don't complain either. Stick to the FLs. Why is this Pattaya 101 logic and common sense not getting through to anyone in this group. Even some of the seniors don't get it. Alas.

Nope they are brothels first a lot of brothels there that also sell alcohol thanks to the nightwish group that changed most of the streets business model years back when they realized dudes would go to a brothel buy a bunch of drinks for chicks party and leave without having sex with them. Red point is a Thai owned bar that isn't really focus on buying drinks there more the old soi 6 so I think you are the one who has it wrong.

I agree. Drinks should be a sales pitch from the girl to take her up. And should include tease and foreplay. Whats the point of sitting across an illiterate village girl while she sips (or gulps) sugar water? Thats why buying drinks in GCs and even some gogos like Kink and Windmill is fun. I buy lots of drinks in places where that includes foreplay with the girl. Otherwise, I don't see the point.

My issue was with guys who walk up to Soi 6 girls and try to bypass every part of how a bar makes money. No drink for himself, no lady drink, only wants a girl's Line ID so he can skip paying a barfine, then if the girl Lines him he will try to negotiate for 700 baht with the girl. I don't think this is acceptable behavior. You don't have to agree with my opinion I'm ok with that.

I think most of the guys on here could not care less if a bar makes money or not and we all understand that. However, if you enjoy going to Soi 6 because of the sheer number of ladies there for hire, then remember that if the bars don't make money, they will close and selling drinks is their number 1 source of revenue. And not the 65 or 80 baht bottle of LEO either. The lady drinks.

So what you are saying is that it is better for them to shut down the short time rooms? I think they are in business to get money from whichever angle they can get it from. If that includes guys coming in to buy drinks, guys on the webcast buying drinks, guys taking chicks short time, or however else they can get money into the till. Personally I have never gone out to any bar whether normal or hooker with the intention of buying a bunch of drinks. I have always gone out to bars or discos with the intention of finding chicks. Hell, anyone can drink at home for much cheaper.

I overpaid for an 18 hour tryst in the recent past with a lady who goes by the name of Wansini (Lemonk14 on TF). I have a feeling she may be a Muslim Thai lady. Yada yada yada.

Anyway, how it started was I was fecking around on TF 5-6 weeks back. And saw her. Loved her instantly and wanted her. Jokingly offered 10 k for long term. Another commenter having problems with how other guys spend their money mongering. Not everyone needs to or wants to sit at a bar buying drinks and LDs to assess a lady and what not. Some guys just walk up to a lady they find attractive and get a vibe from, speak to her for a minute and take her upstairs.

I never said I have a problem with guys walking in to a Soi 6 bar, talking to a girl for a minute, then going upstairs. I never said you had to buy yourself a drink or a lady drink. The OP felt he was seen as cheap for ONLY buying 1 drink and I said he wasn't being cheap. If you don't buy a drink just don't come on here after a crap session saying how the girl was bad for the next few months. Now if you are able to assess how good a girl's performance is by talking to her for one minute you're a better man than I am. I'm pretty risk averse in wasting money on a bad session as I never feel the need to rush in to a selection.

Here's a summary of my first trip to Pattaya. I've been to Bangkok and many other places around the world so I'm not new to the hobby.

I've had my best fun with TF girls. Paid 2000-2500st each time. Had a total of 4 straight to my hotel. 3 were great, 1 was weird so I kicked out and just gave her 120 baht for the trouble.

Brief summary of the 4 TF girls.

1. Looks not as good as advertised, but decent enough and she was nice so it was good experience.

#2 and 3. Exactly as advertised. Great experience.

4. Very weird. Wouldn't let me see her naked without a towel. I was thinking she was a ladyboy. I managed to peak to verify she has a vagina LOL. She insisted we turn the lights off before doing anything. Super weird. She had a bad attitude saying she didn't want to talk. Only work. I decided to kick her out and just give her 120 baht. This was everything I had on me that wasn't in 1000 baht denomination. She started texting someone. I was hoping she wasn't calling her BF to start some drama. Luckily, it wasn't and she just left with the 120.

Buying a single LD is not being cheap at all. I think it's the norm. Personally, I will buy a 2nd drink to get more time to assess the girl (yes I'm slow) or come back another day. Cheap for me are guys who go to Soi 6 bars and all they try to do is get the Line ID's for girls, skipping paying for any drinks for themselves or the a girl or a barfine. Those are the low lives of Pattaya..

Personally I don't drink, I don't care for the loud bar environment, therefore I do as mentioned. I guess that makes me a low life according to you. But the bar makes money on the room and the lady makes money on ST and I save money not having to sit at a bar buying soda. Win win win IMO. To each their own.
