Why carry a wallet in Pattaya?
I leave my important credit cards, wallet and driver's license in my condo safe, and go out with cash in my pockets, along with a Thai bank card, and cell phone. Not too much cash, BTW.

Treetown Bar. FL. MILF Lovely
Large bar in TT next to the Gold Moon Bar, picked up a lady I have seen on TF. Quite pretty for an older lady (I am older anyway). Wee tiny spinner sub 5', sub 95 lbs yada yada yada. She works as a cook and does some occasional bar hopping FL. Says she is 33, closer to 40 I'd say (who knows). I had zero intention of going via Tree Town but decided to get onto some different scenes from my usual. Most bars were dead, but some including this one and Gold Moon etc were hopping with mainly an OVER 50's crowd. Wooo hoooo, granny city.
Anyway, I went and got a nice CHEAP 60 Baht beer and virtually fell into Tiny. Bought her a drink, good value at sub 100 Baht. Chat chat. Blah blah.
"Would you like to come to the Hard Rock Hotel for the night for boom booms and some breakfast tomorrow".
Absolutely YES.
No discussion of payment. Sweet girl, BBBJ, CFS, tried DATY but I wasn't feeling it. Got in the shower and boom booms then GOT it for some MOARRR pussy licking to completion. Raided the bar fridge. She was still hungry at 11 pm so got dressed and headed down to the cafe. Little miss ate her burger, most of my burger, a salad side and some fries. 95 lbs wringing wet but could eat like a SUMO. Woke up at 6 am (I am an early riser), guzzled 2 litres of water and a bluey to get ROCK HARD and had some morning boom booms. I enjoyed it, she was rocking and rolling that LBFM hard rock body. She had to go by 8 am to see her Mum, gave her 2 k plus 200 for her troubles and adios muy bonita Mamacita.
I will go her again, just a nice lady and the body is A+ for age and spinner-ness.
By the way, is that Yakiniku restaurant in Treetown across from the bars I mentioned any good? Has anyone tried it?

Another teachable moment.
If a girl deeclines your advances at first then decides you are ok after seeing you buy 40 drinks for another girl its best to SHOO her away.

MY pet Peeve.
There isn't going to be a high season like 1999. Those days are over BRO.
When have I ever steered this forum wrong.

We agree. I do support the bars ina big way but I am a decent drinker most of the time and like to socialize with the girls at different bars. Mainly Soi 6 establishmkents and when they are too meh IO walk across to the Queen Victoria for a Guinness.

Been back almost a week and it is QUIET. Soi 6 is 5-6 girls to a punter most nights I've seen.

At first he stood at the back but later he asked me to move up a bit so he could also sit down. I could feel his leg against my leg and at that stage all the alarm bells should have been ringing. But I have never had any bad experience in Pattaya whatsoever (OK, maybe sometimes bad luck with a girl, but that's all in the game), so I wasn't suspecting anything at all. It was only after I had got off the bus and a few minutes later that I noticed my wallet was gone (with 10 thousand baht). I was really annoyed with myself, I thought that would never happen to me.
But luckily when I go out, I only have money and a card with hotel name in my wallet. So the loss was only money. And I also keep a copy of my passport in another pocket (which is always closed).
This is a warning for everybody everywhere, always be careful when someone gets too friendly with you.
The first thing I did after that was get more money and I still had a good time that night. I made a mistake but life goes on, so I accepted my loss.

How didn't you see his hand? What pocket was your wallet in?

That happened to me about 10 years ago.
The songthaew was relatively empty. Then a large group, one chubby girl (the hand), one young guy, and about 6 girls got in. They surrounded me, and the chubby girl asked me to move.
That should have set the alarm bells off. No Thai would ask a tourist to move. I don't believe it's in their culture. Correct?
Luckily, I lost only several hundred baht. I was just about to go to the ATM to reload.
At that time, Schwab would only mail the debit card to my home address; no hotel delivery (Is it still the same?). But it was no big deal since I always carry 3 sets (credit and debit cards) when I travel.

Why, when they would do it for the price they already told you they would come for? Don't make Pattaya like other places where you have to pay extra for each little thing. Never had to tell a girl that I would give her extra for this that or the other. It is all-inclusive.

In my humble opinion, I think you seem to be missing that rapport building thing you get from the little bit of time spent with a bar girl before the bar fine. Might I suggest a gents club? I think it will tick all your boxes.
1. Time to build a little rapport with the girl over a drink or 2.
2. For ST, no bar fine, just a small room charge.
3. You can view the line up and interview a few choices before making your selection.
4 laid back atmosphere as they cater to mostly expats.
TF is really a delivery service and that's it. You can't always make the right choice with photos.
I second the motion.
Go to Maggie Mays, buy a drink. Pick a lady, buy her a drink.
Shampoo, rinse, repeat until you find a good one.
Or try another place a few doors down.
