Which agency? There are several places in the Marina that offer F / S. I'd walk around and see if you can find a girl you like, and once they take you in, ask for the Special Menu. Went to massage parlor scene in the Marina during different times 11 AM and 3 PM on two different days last week.

Went to Vallarta Massage which is at the other end and was disappointed with the quality of the girls in the morning at 11 AM, started walking to towards the marina and there are massage parlors on either sides spanning different types of stores. Took a right turn and the first 3 or 4 massage parlors are genuine massage parlors and do not offer any service.

If this was a traditional Mexican cantina bar I'd expect them to join your table and make sure that you consume drinks, as they'd be paid commissions for each drink you order.
