CL. 30 #5 - 82 Local 1, Bogot, Colombia.
They're only open until late afternoon but the food was so good / popular they had to open a 2nd restaurant next door called yocanta 2.
I did find one spot on the street over open for dinner that was excellent name is Turmequ Bar why Cocina Bogot on Calle 29. There's an Italian spot just up the hill from there that looked great I just didn't have time to try it, but it's on the list for my March trip. Name is Restaurante Aria.

I will be traveling to Bogota for the first time and have started contacting the independent escorts. Is it a red flag if a girl can't meet you at your hotel and requires you to meet at their casa?

Is it just the US tourists or inflation plays a role also? Things has become more expensive all over the world in the last 3-4 years.

Theres also some very good Chinese food places on CL 22 as well. KR 7 is the main tourist / pedestrian strip and has various restaurants and bars. Another must try place for. Fried chicken fanatics is Alitas Colombians about a 10 minute walk to the North.
There's is also a McDonald's nearby and a Centro Comercial with various restaurants inside I believe an argentinian steakhouse as well as an Italian place too.

Posts: 1122Casa Del Rey, Great Steaks and other stuff a few blocks south of Ibis
Plenty of great places downtown-.
Casadelrey on KR 7 and Calle 22, a great restaurant, Huge--in an early 20th century building-- attached is a coffee bar, good burger joint, taco house, sushi joint, and a sausage place. They have their own bakery.
There are 3 bakerys down the street on 22-- On kr 7 several parrillas and Florida bakery -restaurant which is a good white linen type restaurant -- And much more south and there is a new Mexican place I saw on kr5 near Bacata.

Posts: 123You're correct for dinner. Not a lot but not sure of your taste and budget. There's a pizza / pasta place (Archie's) below the hotel which is honestly kinda mediocre. Right across from Ibis are 2-3 restaurants on Transverse 6. Okay'ish Asian at la lonchera. Nice enough for a quick meal. Not really for a date. Restaurant republik looks good for a date type thing though I've never been inside just looks nice from the outside. If you're okay with pub food there's a BBC just up the road from them both with some great craft beers. There's a really cute street Calle 30 going up to the La Perseverencia market (which itself is fantastic but only open for breakfast / lunch). That little stretch of Calle 30 is really an up and coming, trendy, restaurant row type area but I believe they're only for the lunch hours. You'the have to check. If they do dinner then that little stretch has about 8-10 restaurants and would be perfect.

Posts: 208Pricewise, both Ibis and Teq seem very reasonable. Its just one night, can't go wrong with either one I think. I am not concerned as much with chica friendly since I am booking for 2 and I will be checkin with the chica. The location is a issue though. I want to be at a place where I can go out for dinner. Nothing fancy like park 93 area but like the zona gourmet in chapinero or some restaurants. I am assuming Teq and Ibis do not serve this purpose?

This is the key line this guy says. He does not get about Venezuela and Venezuelans. The guy is from Australia. For the most part, if you were in Australia, and you worked hard and were smart, you could succeed.
Venezuela is the polar opposite. If you worked hard and succeeded, you were going to get fucked by the government and have everything taken from you. In Venezuela, people are eating out of garbage cans, and she wants her family not to be like that. She does not have the luxury of thinking about a career.
You do not invest in people who do not believe in long term. If you want to invest in a woman, which he is thinking about doing, find somebody who believes long term is possible. In Colombia, that would be someone in college or who has gone to college and is working.
I have done this the wrong way and the right way, and this is the wrong way. Rich Cooper of the Manosphere is always saying you cannot buy genuine burning desire, and he is right, and that is what this guy is trying to do. He really screwed up here:
The Uber arrived at her 'home' and she typed a message on my phones translator before quickly trying to get it back and delete the message, so I couldn't read it. It was asking for money because she hadn't worked that day and she sends her earnings home to Venezuela, for her family.
It was pocket change to me and I chased her as she leapt out of the Uber to gladly give it to her. End of link.
She actually was conflicted about using this guy as an ATM, and he let her know he wanted to be one. Big mistake. Now he is done. This is not going to end well.
