Firstly, these girls don't know anyone in the barrios. The chicas are not from Cartagena. They are from all over the country and are staying close by in short time hotels and hostels in Campestre or Marbella. Actual Cartageneras will avoid public places when they are involved in sex work. They aren't done in Colombia nor in Cartagena. They can easily go right back to mongering. There is no blacklist because these girls only communicate with their own roommates.
