Why even spin the situation or give "reasonings" for Russia?
Today, I heard Tommy Tuberville on a radio show saying that Russia attacked Ukraine because US put weapons in countries near Russia.
1st. Last I check, US does not put weapons in any countries without their permission (more like invitations because they fear Russia would do the same to them as Ukraine). That's what sovereignty of a country is. They do whatever the hell they want within their borders without breaking any laws to protect their land. Example: North and South Korea have troops within shouting distance, and yet no body invaded the other guy for 50+ years.
2nd. Why is a US Senator blaming his country for Russia attacking Ukraine, UNPROVOKED? And since he part of the government, is he blaming himself?

No one who makes any kind of money beyond mere peanuts would be eligible for this kind of premiums. The policy I pay for my family members costs $ hundreds a month and has a high deductible, copayments and co-insurance. In addition, the credits for buying a policy come out of your tax deductions anyway. I'm not saying ACA isn't helpful at all, but the system is still broken and will remain broken until we join the rest of the civilized world and provide public healthcare for everyone.

Trump's hatred for America, democracy, national sovereignty and border security at home and abroad knows no bounds and has been revealed for all the world to see.
Dems continue to way over perform their poll numbers vs Repubs and win elections, now even when classic phony Repub outrage issues such as Immigration and Border Control are the top concerns of the electorate. And understandably so.

But hey Elvis 2008, what I can tell you and I'll let you in on a little secret (and impart a little Jedi wisdom, from what someone once told me) ...it is THIS:- "If you're patient enough, quiet enough, and really, really, really LISTEN carefully enough!...people will often tell you who they are, without you asking!"
Wait...just be patient, my "Trumpian" conservative padawan! (...kkkk!)

Elvis 2008, when your "wanna be dictator", Trump, interjects himself, into the economic discussion, and tries to take credit for President Joe Biden's GREAT ECONOMY, perhaps you it's you suffering from TDS?
But not to worry, Elvis 2008, as President Joe Biden, has reduced the cost of SENIOR health care prescription drugs for YOU and millions of other senior Americans. In addition to a GREAT ECONOMY, Biden has improved access and reduced costs to ACA for millions of Americas, like yourself who maybe suffering from TDS? So fear not!
Biden's Affordable Care Act (ACA) Accomplishments:
• A record number 20 Million join ACA. 8 Million Americas have signed up for ACA during the Biden's term, the largest expansion of healthcare ever.
• Biden's Continued Investment in ACA, has made healthcare really affordable and lowered costs
• Under Biden, 80% (or 4/5) Americans can get healthcare insurance for as little as $10/month

Elvis 2008, just reminder, to tell those under 35 year of age that you frequently run into (as I often do), that as soon as, the Repubs get-out-the-way and stop impeding their economic success, with things like book-bans, abortion bans, student forgiveness loans and tax breaks for rich wealthy billionaires/corporate donors and bi-partisan bills that address and prevent corporate rental/housing greed from unfairly buying up huge chunks of family housing and then raising rent (and home ownership) to absurd levels of inequality for Americans seeking home ownership...the better off they'll be.
Yes, despite the efforts of Repubs to derail, thwart and impede (and often try to take credit for), the good and sometimes better than good fortunes of Americans, it is still yet a strong, vibrant and resilient Biden economy.
But I shudder to imagine, given those very same tales of supposed "Biden economic woes" you present, would have be like under a Repub "Trumpian" 2020 administration. Naturally Americas would be in:- [Quote courtesy of EihTooms] "One of those Great Repub Depressions, Great Repub Recessions, Massive Repub Jobs Destruction and Mysterious, Mystical Great Repub 'Once in a Hundred Years' Repeatedly Wild Coincidence Repub Disasters along with the inevitable and unavoidable Recovery Inflation."

It's easy. He remarked once that his disciples wouldn't care if he shot someone on Times Square (and he was right). So why would they flinch now? Their lord and savior simply can't do wrong.
Politicians are another matter. To them it's about survival, nothing more.
WASHINGTON (AP) Donald Trumps claim that he once told a NATO ally that he would encourage Russia to do whatever the hell they want to delinquent members of the group sent shockwaves through Europe over the weekend. But in Washington, most Republicans downplayed or defended remarks that seemed to invite Russian aggression.

I thought by now at least one of the supposedly "pro democracy, pro America" posters here like Elvis, MDS1 and such would have expressed their outrage that one of the frontrunner candidates for POTUS from the two major political parties just recently proudly announced that, should he win the election, he fully intends to violate the USA Constitution, violate his Oath of Office, break the law and encourage his Puppet Master Putin to invade any NATO member country and "do whatever the hell" he wants.
Which, of course, is not only a violation of the USA Constitution, a violation of the Oath of Office and a crime, but it would also be one of the most disastrous economic and national security moves ever made by any leader of any country in history.
Leading to WWIII (uh, not WWII)? Very, very likely.
Now, I know it is entirely possible that those Wingers have not even heard this bit of news. After all, it happened way last Saturday and it is entirely probable the "news" sources they pay any attention to have been too busy examining just why Joe Biden said "Mexico" in his comments about an international border issue when he meant to say "Egypt".
Still, I have managed to hear, see, read and know ALL about it even though I live far away from the USA, the place where Joe Biden lives and even the neighborhood where that particular America-hating candidate who made that campaign promise lives.
A miracle, you say? Not really. It turns out just about anyone in the world can know just about everything there is to know about issues that occur more than easy walking distance from where they reside. Really. I mean even from one USA city to another USA city. And within minutes too!
Well, actually, that has been possible pretty much ever since one dude spoke into a hand piece and said. "Mr. Watson, come here. I want to see you" and that Watson guy wasn't even in the same room!
Really. It was in all the papers.

The economy is okay. It is not great. If it were great, and I went to a popular strip club on a Saturday night, it would be loaded with men spending money versus being totally empty. Women are the ultimate luxury good.
For every GDP and unemployment number you pull out of your ass, I can show you consumer credit card debt, interest payments on federal debt, and the exploding amount of federal debt. You seem to be missing the part where having a great life while maxing out your credit cards is not going to end well.
In 1999/2000, the men were six deep in line trying to get dances from the hottest dancers in strip clubs and the talk was complete elimination of the debt. To compare those days to these is a fucking joke. If you are Tooms, it was all Clinton and the Republicans in Congress had nothing to do with those boom times.
But as usual, I see both points of view while you are the one with your head firmly up your ass.
You seem to not know anyone under the age of 35 Spidy. I guess you like your MILFs. Well, here is another video where there is discussion of the benefits of young people continue to live with their parents: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31B6wzlzcOc.
Ah yes, that is such a sign of a strong economy.

But instead it would seem, you still have your head up your ass. No doubt still pining, hoping and praying for a RECESSION/DEPRESSION, just like your feckless "Loud and Save-ur-Dumbass".
So forgive me if I take issue with ANY Trumpian DUMBASS BULLSHIT economics, you maybe shoveling, today, or any other day!

I suppose it is always possible that when he lies about, say, having won Pennsylvania in the general elections, beaten Barack Obama, created "the best economy ever", "kept the country safe", "no wars on my watch" and so on that he is not lying so much as he really forgot what happened in just the past 4-5 years due to his severe cognitive impairment.
LOL. On a related note, it's hard to top Nikki Haley Nikki Haley Nikki Haley Nikki Haley or is it Nancy Pelosi demanding cognitive tests for presidential candidates and in the very next breath misstating the date of The 9/11 Attack! Lolol.
Haley Misstates 9/11 Attack Date After Calling For Cognitive Tests.

"The last thing we ever want to do is side with Russia," she said during a defense of NATO. "What we always need to remember is America needs to have friends."
"After September 10th, we needed a lot of friends," Haley added. "We can never get to the point where we don't need friends."
Who is buried in Grant's Tomb?
Surely, Fux News and every Mainstream Media outlet will devote an hour of prime time to Nikki Nancy getting the date of The 9/11 Attack wrong. LOL.

Xpartan, you try to make this a red-blue conservative-liberal issue but it is not. It is neocon, pro military industrial complex people versus everyone else. Nikki Haley would be the same type of war monger Biden is.
If a few million Ukrainians and Russians have to die so the defense contractors can make their billions, you are like, so be it.
Thing is after Russiagate, who should Republicans trust? We know the intelligence agencies and you Democratic douches lied your asses off about Russiagate and now it is more of the same. If we do not save Ukraine, all of Europe is going to fall right?

BTW, how many Mainstream Media outlets rushed to devote an hour to the fact that Trump referred to it being Saturday in that Festival of Lies when it was actually Friday?
LOL. Of course, it is possible that MSM merely assumed that was another of his lies for whatever inexplicable reason and, as is their latest aid to getting him back in the White House, choose to protect him by declining to cover his thousands upon thousands of lies in their outlets anymore.
