The last weeks I've been to Pestana Deck Longe Bar (the roofbar) a couple of times. A nice place to have a drink and enjoy a fantastic view. As long as it's a GF hotel or Airbnb, why would anyone care? If you're so concerned, you can find a building without a doorman (if Airbnb description doesn't state 'doorman', they probably don't have one, but you can always ask just in case). But seriously, you're overthinking a simple thing, and neighbors will know anyway. Besides, a doorman is there for your security.

Good tip on researching reviews on gparena. Unfortunately, few of girls listing on Photoacomphantes have them and who knows if reviews are real. Scrolling PA site I'm finding it harder to believe more than a handful of these postings are legit.

I passed this rainy day in Centro, visiting prives. I started in TDM33 with it's awful elevators that take ages to arrive.
