Cebu City is dirt poor and not a lot of restaurants, bars etc. However, prices for girls are much lower. Problem with Cebu is the girls find it hard to travel to your hotel because it's fucking difficult to get around or they live on outskirts of town. Also, many have day jobs or school so are available only select hours. I stayed by Ayala Mall for 2 days so at least there is stuff to do (restaurants, bars) and then went to Sheraton Mactan for beach 2 days. Besides a few hookers in mall area at Ayala in CC you'll need to rely on online game. I found DIA to be better than PL in CC.
If I had 2-3 days in one location or the other, I'd choose CC over Manila. Plan ahead like maybe 2-3 weeks before and get DIA and PL.

I decided against a two-day fun stopover in Manila mostly because I got scared reading reports on prices. 8 K to 10 K Pesos for Short Time seems excessive. I remember Angeles being half price but there is not much else to do there and at my age, I can only have so much fun in one day. I'm wondering if Cebu might be a good choice for 2 or 3 days. Are there many options there and can someone please provide prices? Thanks.

The problem will be meeting at an agreed time. Pina attitudes and Manila transport conspire to have the girls arrive late most of the time. Most mongers would regard 30 minutes to 2 hours late as nothing unusual. This could pose problems for you if you have a set time window that wifie will be out shopping.
Things to do to improve your chances of success:
Stay in an area with lots of girls or that is very easy for them to get to eg Central Makati.
Reduce your search radius to 5 or 10 miles. You don't have the time for girls to travel across town.
Be prepared to pay top dollar. The more restrictions and conditions that you have, the more incentives you have to give.
I'm not too sure how flexible you are on time. Getting away in the evening 'for drinks with the boys' would be much easier: grab a girl from Burgos and straight to a ST Hotel 3 minutes later.
Enjoy. G.

My suggestion. Take her to Greenbelt then Go to P. Burgos. P. Burgos has hotels catering to specific interests, it's a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Greenbelt (depending on traffic).

I am heading to Manilla but have the wife with me, I was considering a massage place but my past experiances, I prefer a girl to the apartment / hotel.
I was hoping some of you could help with some questions, wife wants more shopping, so I was looking at the MOA area and on airbnb found some good apartments, one of two suggest registration is needed, are tehse not girl friendly and therefore look at others? Are their any reasnably priced hotels in the area?
Secondly with inviting girls from pinalove etc, is it eash enougth to get a girl for a few hours in the afternoon?
Is it better to get an apartment or a hotel in Manilla?

LRT. Taft - Recto station (walk 15 minutes or take a trike) and your there in Divisoria.
I took a friend out to Dvisoria (DV) and, surprisingly, he had a ball. Each time we talk about our trip to DV he couldn't wipe out that grin of his gringo face.

#1: The MRT, southwest, from the nearby Buendia station. Get off at the Taft station.
#2: Take the LRT, north, from the Taft station to the Divisoria area.
Someone else check that.

However, I find Bangkok to be a more enjoyable city overall. The prices in Bangkok are generally more reasonable, and in my personal opinion, the women there are more attractive.
FYI. Makati-Divisoria is 2 train raids if you're coming from Gbelt, less traffic and a bit cooler than the jeeps.
