How much did you pay for girls and drinks at those places?

Thank you for the informative posts regarding the current state of play at the high end soapies. I used to frequent the equivalent establishments many years ago. Back then, along with the bath, BBBJ and FS you mention, a standard part of the service was a 'soapy slide' on a mat after the bath. I'm curious to know, is that 'soapy slide' no longer offered as part of the service? For me, that was always a highlight of any session at these places.

I hit a few massage places on 24 and 33 that did the Nuru gel slide on an inflated mattress. I have never had that offered at La Belle, Tera, Maria, or Black Caviar.

Small sample size but I wasn't asked to show my ticket out of Thailand for my last 2 entries. Sucks cause I bought a cheap throwaway ticket for both trips. I was asked where I'm going next. That's it. However, I wouldn't recommend flying in to Thailand on a regular tourist Visa without a ticket to leave.

What do you guys with 30 day extensions do? You can't show them a ticket leaving in 60 days if your initial tourist Visa is 30 days. Do you buy a throwaway ticket?

Ride sharing apps. Bolt is the best value. Grab is usually quicker for a ride. I heard Tada just started in BKK. I didn't get a chance to use it though.

For the zillioneth time, Grab is better. Faster, more cars and the difference in cost is negligible. You can tie your Wise debit card in too.

The ticket requirement is usually airlines. Air Asia has never asked me. You buy your ticket out when you go for your extension.

Probably unintentional, your question assumes that I didn't attempt to "cultivate a relationship" and didn't tip the mamasans. Now to be clear, Maria is not like some go go bar in Nana Plaza where you buy the mamasans shots and drinks. These high-end soapies are extremely professional. I have never seen one even drink coffee or water. This isn't my first rodeo and I always tip generously when I go to these soapies so that I get great service each time I come back. Perhaps you missed my prior posting where someone specifically asked me about tipping my papasan at La Belle. Regardless, the point I was trying to make was the lack of service was due to language, race, and pure laziness. This soapy caters to Chinese customers. I was repeatedly told by the girls that 90+ % of their customers are Chinese tourists. The rest are Thai, Japanese and Korean. The papasans / mamasans do not speak English, put their Chinese customers first, and most are lazy and prefer to sit on their butts playing on their phones. I share this with the ISG readers in the event they want to go there and happen to be non asian. As with all my posts, I share my experiences so others know what to expect. Frankly, I hope there is a clientele shift at this place and more men from Australia, Europe, and North America start going here. From my perspective, Maria in one the very top places I have ever been to in the world.

Last year I remember they wanted my Airline Reservation.

Yes -- they also want to see your return ticket. BTW does anyone have a good ride sharing app for BKK?

They still do (for USA citizens at least).

Ask for air and hotel still there. And proof of residency in USA.

No more Bank account request. And that Stupid photo with your face and passport in same shot.

I swear läßt one had 9 things you had to do. This current one only 4 or 5.

My question is why to come waaaay the f over to a city that you hate to pay western prices for pooswah?

Is it possible to get BBFS, yes, but I think you would likely pay a significant premium and would be expected to pull out. I typically do not mention BBFS in my post because I think girls that provide this level of service cross a very risky line, especially if they do it with many customers. I enjoy this level of service as much as the next guy, but each time I have the opportunity I know I am taking huge risks. And lastly, no, I would never discuss services with the mamasan / papasan. I think the management of these high-end places want to keep everyone safe and do not want their girls offering BBFS. I think if this is something you want, ask the girl while you are in the bath together if she offers extra services and be prepared to show a recent std test (in Thai) showing you have been recently tested and are clean. Keep in mind, the girls that work at a place like Maria or Black Caviar make a lot of money by Thai standards. They do not need the extra money like a poor farm girl working in Soi Cowboy. It's not worth the risk to them especially with Chinese guys coming into this place eager to spend money.

The mama can't promise you anything other than the amount of time the girl is in the room with you. She will tell you what a particular girl will or won't do (or will get the answer if she doesn't know) but the standard line is "she gives very good service. " I have never had a mama redirect me from someone I had chosen because they "give bad service. ".

The best result I've ever received from tipping a mama, actually a papa in my case, is a discount (that I didn't ask for). This wasnt LE belle. I also brought a friend from the states into LE belle and the mama is was very close to pulled me aside and said she wouldn't be able to give him a break from the farang mark up that she had been giving me. The story is a little more complicated but that's all I'm willing to say.
