Singapore has changed a LOT since the glory days when Orchard Towers was booming, Brix was a go-to, the SDG $ was siting at reasonable levels and prices were not out of control. These days it seems not much has come back except for former OT club Ipanema which has relocated downtown and reports say quality is poor and prices are high. You'll find freelancers and others on WeChat and Telegram 'People Nearby' but I would not see any reason to visit Singapore for punting. Sure, if you already have a business trip or holiday there then maybe think of a punt on the side, but Singapore is not the place to go otherwise.
KL has a better exchange rate, prices still appear to be on the up but they are starting from a lower position. Still plenty of places written up in the Malaysia forum here and again plenty of options appear on WeChat and Telegram including some Telegram Groups.

Posts: 88You missed Pinay DH. If cost is a concern, then I would certainly lean towards KL than Singapore.

Which is a better value destination for mongering?
I've visited both places before and I'm aware that Singapore has a higher cost of living than KL. Does that also extend to the hobby?
I am assuming the girls in both places will be largely the same quality (Thais and Indonesians) - so I'm mostly just wondering which will give me more bang for my buck.
I actually had my very first mongering experience in KL (some years ago) but have never been active in Singapore.

Posts: 15Best nights and times for Ipanema
Seems like Ipanema is worth checking out; what nights and at what time is it usually worth going?
Any other bars / lounges / clubs worth checking out? My community told me to visit Avenue. Looking for a more mature 25-40 female crowd.

I'm going to be visiting Singapore next week. I was trying to do some research on which massage parlors offer extra. I was on Google maps and was looking up parlors near my location. When I was checking out their photos on Google maps, I saw a lot places that posted pictures of their masseuses. All the masseuse were really cute. Are these places legit massage parlors or do these girls offer extra services? I would love to visit one of these places if they do offer extras. If most of these massage parlors are legit, can someone direct me to a massage parlor in Bukit Tima that does offer extra? FS would be great but I can settle for a nude HJ. Thanks in advance.

There isn't even a thread devoted to OT like it used to be (bad sign). The last post was over a week ago (bad sign). I'm in a hotel literally across the street from OT and now your saying Ipanema is not even in there! My how the mighty have fallen! I recall when a Viet girl did the "grab his arm and don't let go" trick on me in Ipanema. I was pissed, but she was actually hot, so I caved. She turned into some really good puss for me, I was not disappointed at all. Later that year, when I was working in Sembawang and the job paid for our hotel, and we could bring in guests for the night! Of course ours were from the mighty Towers! BRIX closed now as well, holy shit!
OK, Geylang is there still. Geylang was never my favorite but for me, it was an alternative. I'm Black so being turned away by the Chinese was never a deal breaker because Thai are there, and Viet were always in the "Tower". But as I now read the Geylang thread, I see CBJ, no kissing, half hour, blah, blah! WTF! I'm not tolerating that BS. I live in Colombia, where it is legal, everywhere, in your face, and yeah, I'm spoiled. The women dress provocatively, get cosmetic surgery, and many work out all the time so they can compete for a man, or not lose the one they have. I'm in my 60's and walking in the mall with a 20 something holding my hand draws a few looks, but nobody say's a thing. I always have a rotation of chica's where I do what I want with no rules but my own. Uncovered (after responsible testing), kissing, and for as long as I say in my house. Yeah, I live in paradise. It's like ordering in pizza.
So it seems I'm in for the night while I'm here, so disappointed, but ISG has saved me a bit of time, and delivered the news to my front door. The world is giving itself an enema after the big (C), and IMHO the once fun SG is out of business. I'm sure there is some side action not available to outsiders-good luck finding it. Actually, I also think American feminism has spread to infect the planet as well. I am a a devout bachelor after two fucking marriages. Regarding that: Gents you have a choice. There is a blue pill, and a red pill, choose a side and be loyal to it.
Happy hunting to die hard SG mongers, I won't be back.

I'm hearing Brix and the Grand Hyatt will reopen later this year but nobody is taking bets on if it will be the same Brix as before. Especially as Singapore appears to be cleaning things up in the 'night life' arena, and without OT down the road to provide and encourage the flow of WLs walking between OT and Brix, Brix might just become a boring place.
But then again, look at Ipanema, which is the sole survivor from OT and moved to a downtown location in an office block, promotes itself as a live music venue but has turned out to be pretty much the same pick-up joint as before, expect that the prices are sky-high so most punters and WLs seem to walk away empty-handed.
So to answer your question, I'm not sure the 'quality action' has actually moved anywhere.

Hi.
I am confused after reading reports whether Brix is open?
If not where has the quality action moved?
Guide please.
Regards.

As for MRT, you do need to buy tickets anymore. If you have a visa debit card just tap at the entry and gates open. It is cheap. I traveled all over using MRT including airport. No need for taxis.
Although Singapore is known for excellent Hawker Food it is eclipsed nowadays by much cheaper and fresher varieties in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Posts: 130I had a total of five days to explore, opted for a combination of two days in Singapore and three days in Jakarta. Singapore is a great city with diverse food and culture, its definitely worth to spend a day or two to explore, but pricey just like Dubai to monger. Everything is imported from surrounding countries, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Philippines. If your purpose is to monger and have the option, just skip Singapore and go straight to these destinations where they can be had for more authentic, convenient, and affordable experience.
If you are here on a short layover and want to explore local talent, I would stick to Geylang. Other places Orchid Towers, Ipanema, Little India, Chinatown are more expensive or more or less the same cost as in Lorong houses. See my Geylang Talent field report under Geyland forum. Orchid Towers or Ipanema can set you back by $200 for short-time and $400+ for long-time, whereas Geylang it's $50 for 30 minutes, $100 for an hour for Thai and Vietnamese, and double this amount for Chinese as they considered as exotic here. There are lot of massage spas in Geylang, Burgis malls, Little India, Chinatown -- standard rate is about $60 for an hour, extras are $50 for HJ, and $100 for FS.
For local Transporation, Singapore MRT is extremely well connected to get around, I purchased 3 day tourist pass with unlimited rides on MRT, LRT, buses which proved to the best decision as I didn't take Grab or Taxi even once.
