Posts: 1155Anyone watching what's going on with SCOTUS?
SCOTUS - It would painfully seem, that our (well some Repubs and most Dems anyways) worst concerns w/r to SCOTUS is being realized.
As some have long speculated, the current incarnation of SCOTUS, is nothing more than just another conservative, right-wing political arm of the Republican Party. At this point they are no better than the party's propaganda machine over at FOXY Muse.
It is clear now, judging by the last several cases, briefs and oral arguments, brought before SCOTUS, that their blatant and obvious biases, rulings and lines of questioning, tilt towards the belief that, their conservative party policy goals, are being placed before everything, including...DEMOCRACY. And a "blind", fair and impartial interpretation of the law, is nothing more than lip service.
If justice is blind, then this version of SCOTUS, is obviously "cheating" and seeing only out of ONE EYE, the one on the "right".

Now, I happen to know all about that critically important history of Donald Trump's lifelong quest for celebrity and White Nationalist credentials by stepping on Black Americans whenever and wherever he could.
But it is obvious that Stephen A. Smith does not "know enough" about Trump to make up his mind who he will endorse and vote for this year. As does so many young Black men in America today.
And now that YOU know all about it, having heard and read about it from me and Clarence Page in the link you posted here but most definitely never heard it from SAS or anyone he is likely to find himself chatting with on Fux News, it really should be your mission in life to get that info to SAS, Fux News and as many young Black men as you come in contact with on a daily basis.
I mean, since you obviously care so much about the truth, the plight of Black Americans and all that.
I would do it myself. But rumor has it that neither mail nor email nor cyberspace in general can make a connection between Black men or anyone else in the USA and Bangkok Thailand and that only people who live right next door to each other can share and know these things.
Despite the fact that I know and knew these things yet SAS, Fux News, you and a whole bunch of young Black men in America didn't. Amazing, huh.

So wait, this was not about Fox News, SAS, or even me. It was about a black man who saw those stories and asked around to verify what was going on and found out that the polls were right, and he relayed to the world all that he heard.
And what do you call two douches like yourself Spidy and Tooms who tune out what a black person says, call him a knucklehead, a Foxy want to be, just prominent in the sports world, and yet lecture everyone on the "black experience"? Oh, yeah, you two douches know all about racism because you old farts were the ones practicing it.
In fact one of the memes on Twitter was a black man holding a whip that was labeled NAACP and the black man being whipped was labeled blacks who vote Republican. Or Biden saying, if you do not vote for me, you are not black. Hmmm.
To recount what SAS Smith said: "As much as people may have been abhorred by Donald Trump's statement weeks ago, talking about how he's hearing that Black folks find him relatable because of what he is going through is similar to what Black Americans have gone through, he wasn't lying; he was telling the truth. ".
And this is the response of the Democratic former Sportscenter host and demagogue Keith Olbermann, "So why is today's ESPN letting Smith do it? Why is he campaigning for Trump on Fox News? ESPN must make him choose between advocating for a despot or keeping his job saying nothing particularly relevant about sports-not both. And I'd insist on the same either / or if he were campaigning for Biden. ".
If SAS were campaigning for Biden, a douche like Olbermann wouldn't say shit and everyone knows it.
This is not being a Fox dupe. You and Tooms displayed classic Democratic douche motives as does Olbermann who goes out and fucking lies about SAS supporting Trump. Yeah, this is douchery at its finest: Lie and attack anyone who does not toe the Democratic party line even if that line is false and censor and fire anyone who does not toe the line.
The real crime SAS committed is he told you something that you did not want to hear AKA the truth. Oh yeah, I forgot. All the polls are wrong because you douches say they are.

These insignificant celebrity flare-ups, carry very little weight in the political arena and at the ballot-box when it actually comes time to vote.
Repubs, can have all knuckle headed celebrity gaffes, if they feel it will translate to votes. President Joe Biden, thank god, is focused on the votes of hardworking American Laborers and NABTU workers that know, "He [TRUMP] was one of the worst clients we ever had, because he rarely kept his word and it was a fight to get him to pay us back". --NABTU President Sean McGarvey
In the case of SAS, as you've stated, he should know better. But FOXY Muse, have also had a lifetime of twisting almost everything in their sights, to suit their right-wing agenda/narrative. That is literally their fucking shtick!
Point and case, as just the other day, a new version of the game SCRAMBLE was released and reported as being "easier" and "more inclusive" (not sure who initially came up with those terms to describe the game), but leave it to the pundits over at FOXY Muse to label is as "WOKE!" and "WOKE SCRAMBLE!".
But when you consider that the Republican party, is nothing more than, performance theater, clowns performing for their supper and a spectacle comedy of errors, meant to entertain rather than govern responsibly by the rule of law and the US Constitution, it should come as no surprise, that Repubs would rather focus on the nonsense and crap, coming from the mouths of "clowns", "numbskulls" and "knuckle heads", for the mere entertainment of their gullible audiences, as opposed to doing any real official legislative work.

The backlash, was no doubt warranted, not because they necessarily have political sway, but because their "celebrity" affords them a certain standing in the community and when you make stupid comments or do stupid things, you should expect condemnation.
Funny I don't remember any such outcry, when Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX), scathing report of Republican Neo-Nazi SCUMBAGS, came to be known as huge problem. Repubs just seem to accept this as fact?
Hmmm...I wonder what's worse, poor criminal treatment of blacks by LE comparisons with Trump or Repubs who don't seem to mind the Neo-Nazi SCUMBAGS problem they have?

It's not like your beleaguered Repubs are going to gain any significant amount black voters, to make a difference, not matter how much you "huff-n-puff", like a big bad weeeeeeeed wolf. (...kkkk!)
Really now...is this just your way of balancing out "the cosmos", with the lost of votes due to the Republican Neo-Nazi SCUM-BAG problem, with the magical "raise" of black voters for Repubs, in the "polls" you sight?
Anywho, here again, are the recent black voting numbers you need to know for, Nov 2024, despite the sources quoted by SAS, and the pundit polls and predictions, he sources. 100% more accurate to be precise:
Pew Research Center, Partisanship by race, ethnicity and education, April 9th, 2024- Black voters continue to overwhelmingly associate with the Democratic Party, although the extent of the Democratic advantage among this group has fallen off over the last few years.
- Currently, 83% of Black voters are Democrats or lean Democratic, while 12% align with the GOP.
- As recently as 2020, the share associating with the Democratic Party was 5 percentage points higher. That somewhat larger edge in party affiliation had been in place for much of the last two decades.
Once you've taken in those historic numbers on black voters, perhaps you'll be inclined to go back and answer my questions w/r to "Why Repubs, are always suppressing the black vote, if black voters are so very important to them?"
- Black voters continue to overwhelmingly associate with the Democratic Party, although the extent of the Democratic advantage among this group has fallen off over the last few years.

One final touch, that was very moving, indeed [but not covered in the article], was when a Florida Union worker, had this to say to BIDEN:- Union Worker: "Mr. President, I want to sincerely thank you. As the ONLY reason, I have a pension, is because of YOU! " {...followed by, a standing ovation and loud cheers for BIDEN...}
It was during the failed Republican administration of G.W. Bush and the 2008 US Sub-Prime Mortgage CRASH, that set off worldwide stock market crashes, and lead to the cause for the hollowing-out of Union Pension Plans going broke.
Very Well Done, President Joe Biden, for fixing bipartisan problems, for ALL Americans, wherever they exist. Blue or Red states!
PS:
EihTooms, that (9-min.) video is very illuminating. As it shows the liar, charlatan and snake-oil salesman that Trump is, spoken from the lips of laymen and American Tradesmen. As when he promised to fix the UNION pension problems, left by the previous failures of Repub G.W. Bush and did NOTHING!
President Joe Biden, came in and made the Unions Pension Plans whole. BIDEN, just gets things done for the good of the country!

I did not say that SAS endorsed Trump. I said he was articulating why blacks were moving towards Trump. So SAS made clear once again that he is not supporting Trump, and you two dummies are running around spiking the football like you won something after saying SAS did not matter. LOL.
And while you post the video, you missed the Twitter feed.
NAACP: Relatable! Show of hands: Anyone in your Black family have 88 felony charges pending, filed for bankruptcy 6 x, made an attempt to overthrow a presidential election and our democracy, and still have the ability to fall asleep in court and dream of being POTUS?
SAS: This is absolutely, positively, sad that you at NAACP would misrepresent my comments like this. I was asked what Blacks WHO SUPPORT TRUMP are thinking as to why they support him. I answer THAT question. Sad! But you're entitled. Good luck. Maybe that will beat Trump, since little else seems to be working which was my overall point. We shall see.
I repeat my point. If SAS endorsed Trump, the election would be done. That probably will not happen now, not after SAS was slapped around by the NAACP but that does not mean that Biden's support amongst blacks is not slipping.

- Second SAS then explains, "To be clear, my words were misconstrued...for the record my words were taken out of context."
In short, Repubs, like Elvis 2008, always seem have this collection notion and hope and pray to god, that somehow, Black voters would suffer a bout of collective amnesia, with regards to all the nasty and illegal things Trump, Repubs and Conservatives have done and said in the past, to mitigate, suppress and disproportionately target the "black vote", come election time.
Black voters, VOTE for Dems to WIN, with an historic avg. 82%-86% certainty. Repubs should circle-back to me, when this changes.
Until that avg. 82%-86% of black voters, voting for Dems changes, perhaps Repubs should stick to understanding (if that's possible) their crazy base of QAnon, MAGA, Trumpsters, Neo-Nazis, insurrectionists, election deniers, Russian "useful idiots" and INCEL misogynists!
And to Elvis 2008...as SAS would say, "stay off the weeeeeeeeeeeeed" (...kkkk!)

Posts: 1155Women Winning for BIDEN, in Arizona and Florida...
Much to the chagrin of INCELS and the He-Man Women Haters, the state of Arizona and Florida, is trending more for Biden everyday, due to the women's vote on abortion bans, translating to the increasing popular vote for BIDEN!
Thanks to statements of pure arrogance and malice from political suicide artists like Arizona's failed candidate, election denier and 3x LOSER, Kari Lake, (in so many words) tells Arizonans to, "Get [your ass] in your car and you can go three (3) hours that way" (ie. drive 3-hrs to California for an abortion).
The insensitivity, that Repubs are displaying, isn't lost on the WOMEN is these states, as the push for women's healthcare rights and freedoms are being stomped on and taken away by Repubs with arcane backwards-ass abortion laws from 1864.
Kari Lake Tells Arizonans to Travel for Abortion - Newsweek
https://www.newsweek.com/kari-lake-a...ortion-1891335
Biden and the Dems are experiencing a surge in support from women voters in Arizona and Florida, due to the arcane 1864 abortion bans, squarely knee-capping the Repubs at the ballot-box in Nov 2024, thanks to dimwitted "INCEL-adjacent surrogates" Repubs like Kari Lake.
Democrats bank on abortion in 2024 as Arizona and Florida push stakes higher
https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...rizona-florida
Yep, Florida is now in play. And with abortion and marijuana, now on the ballot, Florida is ripe for the picking. This is a brilliant strategy for Dems in Florida and will illicit an increased turnout of students on campus and thus also increasing the margin of younger women also voting for abortion rights, and in turn a vote for BIDEN!
Just like the Ohio 2023 elections, having abortion and marijuana on the ballot, is a great strategy and will greatly improve Dems down-ballot and BIDEN winning in Arizona and Florida.

Posts: 5575Wow. Good one, Joe. You earned it.
Biden scores major union backing as its leaders attack Trump.
April 23, 2024
https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/23/polit...ent/index.html
Joe Biden will land a major union endorsement Wednesday from North Americas Building Trades Unions, whose leaders say the president has his infrastructure bill largely to thank for it.
In making one of their earliest ever presidential endorsements, NABTU leaders are kickstarting an eight-figure organizing program to try to deliver their 250,000 members in the battlegrounds of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin for Biden.
The Teamsters, whose endorsement is being pursued by both Biden and Donald Trump, are members of NABTU but abstained from Tuesdays board vote, according to people briefed on the proceedings. They will endorse after their own upcoming convention.
The backing from NABTU, which has 3 million members nationwide, is more enthusiastic than its 2020 backing of Biden. And it comes at a moment when a significant slice of union rank-and-file has split from traditionally Democratic-aligned union leadership in ways that are reverberating through elections. Thats raised questions about the political future of the next generation of union members.
"Its almost like the perfect leader was sent at the perfect time for working people", NABTU President Sean McGarvey told CNN about Biden in an interview announcing the endorsement.
Biden will appear at the unions conference in Washington on Wednesday to officially get the nod which union leaders also want to be seen as a stark rebuff of Trump, who eagerly solicited support from union members and leaders during his time in office, but, their leaders say, didnt deliver. NABTU had called for Trump to resign after the January 6, 2021, insurrection.
In praising Bidens efforts for working people, McGarvey cited the investments and union protections built into the infrastructure act, the Covid-era American Rescue Plan, the CHIPs Act to increase technological production nationwide and the Inflation Reduction Act. He acknowledged that, for the moment, Bidens support is stronger among his unions leadership than it is among many of his members, whom he said were close to evenly split in 2020 between Biden and Trump, and generally remain so.
"They think now Joe Biden and Trump are running again, they think its just two politicians, Same old, same old, McGarvey said. Lo and behold, its not the same old, same old."
AND MORE!
