Unfortunately Korea has strong opinions on race. You likely are not going to find young hot Koreans very easily, especially with a condensed timeline. Your best bet is to check out an Anma in Gangnam and hope they let you in. I'm eastern Asian mix and have very low success with Opgani.

I will be visiting Korean for short time. I did read that you have to get a Korean phone number.

When you say vast majority ignore messages from foreigners does that mean foreigners with international number or foreigners who are using the South Korean phone numbers also get ignored?

I even used tor browser and it still threw the same error. Any other way to access the website or is there any other website link or some other entirely different website that is available?
