Rip off with an Intercontinental Hotel bar girl

Last night I took a girl at the bar of the Intercontinental Hotel in Pudong. I seldom have such a poor session. OK. I just like to say that "Can we all just get along?" and focus on the one thing really matter here: the "global mongering brotherhood" as Off2Golf put it elegently.

The word brotherhood actually remind me my fraternity back in college. It's a engineering frat house and people are from mixed ethnic and racial background. It was great that we could make racial joke on each other and never really feel offended. That's what brotherhood is about.

From my point of view, this has everything to do with econemic status whether you are a white guy with Chinese girl in China or a Chinese guy with white girl in US. There are bound to be some sh*t you are going to run into. I had my share of this while dating white girls in the states. I don't think the dumbass red-neck yeilding "Can not take the real thing?" at my white girlfriend in the states are people like the do-well bros in the forum neither are those ignorant peasant yeilding at Miclac.

Well, using the words like red-neck and peasant here may offend some people. However, that's exactly the point I am trying to make. Whether we like it or not, the white bros here do have red-neck white trash cousins and we do have ignorant and poor peasant relatives. It's harsh to say but that's a fact of life.

I much rather having Miclac taking Chinese bros here as his equal and be able to say words like "those dumbass Chinese peasant" then having people posting things like "Oh, you know, there are educated and rich Chinese" like that's something of a novelty." I think that's more patronizing and offensive.

I would suggest that you just lay low and remain silient and then we all can focus on inteliigence on mongering and enjoying other's great, unique and some plain experiences with local girls.

I went to see the captains factory near LianHua station (see Cap Iota's report of 04-10-09). Indeed, nice rooms upstairs.

I went there quite late, the choice of girls wasn't too good, about 4 or 5 were there. A tall nice looking girl led me to that room and undressed me.

I am staying at Hilton Hotel (Jing-An Hilton Hotel, Shanghai) at 250 Hua Shan Road. You will find a quite substantial SW activity in the hotel area, i. e. on the walkway in front of the hotel and at opposite side, and in the surrounding streets. It usually starts at darkness and continues until around 2:00 in the night.

Personally I was not impressed by the quality of (sw) talent available and would rate it at best up to average. They do approach every man, so there is no way to miss them. Going out of the Hilton and facing right hand side approx. 300 m down the street you will find a small street on the left hand side with approx 20 pubs and girls. Even I did not check them out personally it seemed not to recommendable to me.

Because I did not really enjoy what I found on the streets I opted for an outcall. The number had been provided by Dashman. I called Lilly, the only one at least speaks some English, and she agreed for an hour/one shot at € 60,00 what seemed a little bit above standard rate but while Dashman recommended here I agreed. She promised to be with me within 30 min.

Hilton hotel itself in principle does not allow girls in by night and Lilly had been denied access to. Last but not least, a legal aspect: Foreigners are due to have there passport with them always. In case of a police control it is recommended to have and provide the passport in case you will prevent further trouble.

Well, it certainly is YMMV with BBS. After a bit of a dry spell, I finally had a good experience last night.

Went to my usual BBS stomping grounds not too far from where I live in Pudong. On Shangcheng Lu, just west of the intersection with Yuanshen Lu, there is a string of 3 BBS on the north side of the road.

Regarding Chinese men, peasants, etc,

This heated debate seems to be getting a little convoluted, and hope I don't make it worse. But, here is my 2 fen worth.

First, wouldn't you be personally jealous of all those foreigners who are percieved to be wealthy people with a nice living all swarming around in your country shagging all the local hotties? It is really difficult for the vast majority of local Chinese to make an equally nice living and shag eqally nice hotties.

Material wealth is something that is of high desire in a developing country (think hierarchy of needs). So jealousy on this basic material/money level is pretty common.

We have to remember that those people living in the big cities equal a very miniscule percentage of the overall population in China. Why do you think there are so many Wai di ren trying to get to the cities? For jobs and hopes of a better living, thats why. The same thing happened in the United States. A very small percentage of the current population works the farm anymore in the States. It used to be the reverse.

There are 100's of millions of people in China just trying to make ends meet. Their hierarchy of needs are way different than that of people from developed countries. I want to emphasize, not lower, just different.

When a society changes from a primarily agrarian society to an industrialized one, nobody wants to be a farmer anymore because everyone is looking for a better paying city job and the hope of a better living. Would you want to be a farmer? I sure wouldn't, its really hard work, and you get squat for your efforts.

Plus don't forget the plight of the peasant in China. Cadre members are notorious for levying illegal taxes and basically screwing the poor peasant until he has nothing left. Off the backs of the peasant, China rests. The disparity between those that have and have not is massive and getting worse.

By the way, "Peasant" is just a term which basically means farmer. There are rich peasants and poor peasants. In Guangdong Province there tend to be rich peasants because of the fertile land and good channels for distribution, and they lead a pretty decent life for a farmer. Out west, you have drought, poor soil and inefficient transportation systems.

The Chinese guys who are pissed that all the white guys are "taking their women" are probably very interracially conservative. All societies have people like that, perhaps China has more of them who are willing to voice their opinion. As OldAsiaHand stated, racial bias is still a problem in the US.

You have to remember that Chinese people are very proud and conservative people. For millennia, China has never like foreigners, except that by force, foreigners were allowed access to trade. So you foreigners want to make a pile of money in our country AND you want the women too?

And, lastly, women have what men dont' have - they have vaginas! Sorry

Ok, how do you get out of your miserable situation? Marry well. Women can do this much more readily than men can (see "what women have that men don't" and "bad joke"). If you are a hottie and have a good personality you can do this. Not too many Chinese men marry out of China. I know of one Chinese male marred to a Foreign female, and I know of another marriage that ended in divorce. (She busted him for shagging one of his 26yo hotties in the office, you may know that most foreign women are much less tolerant of their husbands getting some extracurricular sex).

Basically women want to marry their equal or higher when it comes to social, political or economic standing and foreigners open up the pool of prospects, and in the minds of many Chinese women, foreigners are some pretty good prospects, often deemed better than local Chinese men.

The ability to offer a new, relatively comfortable life in a developed country is something most Chinese men can not offer. As well, you offer your children the prosepects of a better life. Why do you think there was so much mass immigration from Europe to the US at the time of the US industrial revolution?

The ability to come and go as you please, and to have local hotties as girlfriends must [CodeWord140] them off pretty good because they can't easily get/give this themselves. There may be some lack of self esteem issues, but I think the greater issue for local men is the lack of resources to gain the wealth that is "percieved" to be necessary to get the hotties. The successful guy looks like a better prospect to raise and provide for a family.

If I were a local guy struggling to make ends meet, I would be pretty frustrated too.

This is China where a good portion of the population are either peasants or former peasants with no future and little chance of even getting a decent Chinese female. They are not even worth kicking their ass.

If it's true that you don't have negative feelings toward Chinese men, then what's that last part all about? I don't know how you interpret that, but to me, it speaks of a serious elitist complex and a complete lack of respect.

As for the girls he mentioned with the rich businessmen, etc. I don't like those kind of women so I really don't mind. I don't buy the older/younger theory. All men, Chinese, especially Chinese, like younger women.

I don't buy the jealous of money theory. There are plenty of very, very wealthy, Chinese guys out there.

I don't buy the lack of education theory.

I am not a psychologist but I believe it is a lack of self esteem issue on their part. They look at the girl with resentment and think, "What's the matter, Chinese men are not good enough?"

I believe we might equate the same theory with the feeling of some white guys in the states regarding white women with black men.
