    Miss Universal

Most of my visits to Manila have involved trips to either EDSA or P.Bugos area with the occassional stop off at Skyline.

Having heard a lot about Miss Universal I want to make a call in there on my next trip this week - can any one provide any information for me.

    Cheers

    rip-off? - all subjective

I suppose "rip-off" would be subjective - if HRC has the means, and if he finds the women to his liking, then he should have the luxury of being "ripped off".

From what I've gathered, and from my one experience with Benz, there seems to be a huge quality gap, from a Pinoy's perspective, in what they offer.

We lust for the mestizas on the high end in the 40 to 140k range, for 3hrs.
Resident pinoys may have the extra incentive in that they have seen thse celebs, starlets on the big screen.

As a non-resident, their being celebs has no value - and neither am I going to pay $2,500/3hrs for talent that I can get in the german FKKs or Prague.
They must be doing good business, and only wish them well.

On the other end, Benz' stable (5 to 10k) seem to be students, and not exactly the type that Pinoys go for, for they don't seem to be a notch above the bar girls' level, beauty-wise.

I do wish some agency would offer the middle ground - educated, non-bargirl looking types in the 5 to 10k range.

Which probably leaves places like Stardust for folks like me - 10 to 15k for longer than 3hrs and with mestiza types. Which is exactly where I'll be next month, prowling the QC area, and away from LA cafe and the agencies..

The prices are not cheap (ranges from USD100 to USD500) but you could get some really nice girls. I do not think I can post the contact info here because of spam issues. Unless the PI has changed significantly, this is a huge rip-off. No, let me rephase that: Regardless, whether or not the PI has changes significantly, this is a huge rip-off. Unfortunately, someone may just bite.

    Odds and Ends

ventured out to another area this past trip to manila. took in an evening at dynasty and athena on roxas boulevard in pasay city. there were mainly locals and koreans at both places. dynasty had some great girls and two passed on their specifics so we can hook up later. athena, well, it was same same but very different. not as fun with very pushy managers. at both places, you will get slammed for ladies drinks and mamasan drinks and cab driver drinks and christmas tips. the list is endless. unless you just want to be fawned over by hotties in evening wear for a few hours and a few benjamins, just go to edsa and cut to the chase.

rumor on the streets is that the quezon city establishments were recently raided and they have been laying low. if true, that is a shame as stardust is top quality. i will explore more on my next trip to manila soon.

been at at least a dozen 4 and 5 star hotels in manila in the last year and none has even peeped about bringing a guest (or two or three or four!) back to the room. in cebu, my friend had to "register" at the casino waterfront, but that was to protect me. it is also fairly common practice for the front desk to ring you up if your guest leaves unattended in the middle of the night (er, morning). they just want to make sure the guest is ok, not the girl. the girls expect this and none i have met seem the least bit put out by this.

i took taxis to and from makati central and the airport four times over the past week. get a metered taxi and it should be around 70 to 80 pesos. i advise not taking a hotel taxi as it is not necessary. just make sure the driver turns on the meter. tip what you will. getting a taxi when you first land is a bit more difficult with the set price (pay at the airport) of 250 pesos to makati on a metered taxi. beware of taking your hotel taxi because you may end up with a 500 pesos (or more) add on to your bill.

with a couple of hours to kill before my flight, i decided to try out air force one. i had a little trouble getting the directions after i got the number thru information, but the cabbie got on the line and off we went. it is located a mile or so just past the entrance to naia i at 888 ninoy aquino avenue (820.7249/820.7250). the place is a large, new building. very swank and lots of folks willing to assist. the name of the spa is actually flight 168 health spa and it is adjacent to the ktv. there are two floors to the spa. one is designated economy class and the other is business class. the only difference in the two is the quality of the rooms. the price goes up with the class, of course.

it is as luxurious as any establishment i have attended in manila. yet, the prices were reasonable and stated up front. in economy, it was 1200 pesos for the room (75 minutes) and the same for the masseuse. they gave me the special (before 7 pm) price. to choose the lady, they have the one-way mirror/window and you can choose between 30-40 girls.

the girls in first class or business were essentially no better looking, so i decided one economy.

the room was very clean. it had a shower and she assisted. pleasant personality. very cute. subpar massage, but we ended up enjoying each other fully. it was really a fun way to leave manila before my flight.

first time at Visions and Amazonia

    Thu Dec 9, 2004 rank/score: fop/6

I entered Visions Nite Club at 7:50pm. It’s open from 7pm until 3am. Happy Hour is from 7-8pm and beer costs 55P during that time. Ladies drinks are 195P or 299P for a “special” ladies drink, whatever that means.

The girls looked maybe slightly better than in an Angeles bar. Black Hole in Cebu City had much better looking girls. However the lack of interest on the part of the girls was the same in both Black Hole and Visions. I could not establish eye contact with any of the girls, while in Angeles I have no problem doing so. This may be because there are so few customers that the girls have become accustomed to ignoring them. The mamasan was quite pushy in getting me to buy a ladies’ drink. She called a girl down before I had agreed to it. By then I had seen and observed enough so I left.

I went to Amazonia and it had a much nicer atmosphere. I was there from around 9:20-10:50pm. The waitresses seem to like chatting with customers. When I returned the following day it was the same. In LA cafe it seems there are many more freelancers who approach customers, but in Amazonia there are many more waitresses who approach customers. I also noticed that LA cafe wanted 100P from me for going upstairs, which I presume is a recent change in their policy.

EDSA Pitstop Bar Request to Manila Residents or Visitors

The last time I passed through Manila I visited Pitstop (the one with the cars sticking out the walls?) and paid BF for a girl called Jena? 25ish really nice arse. Am planning another visit one night only and would like to hook up with her again. But if she's not there I will get a hotel near P. Burgos and check out that scene. So if anyone goes to Pitstop please try and find out if she still works there, thanks in advance.

PS She's a nice girl, fantastic arse, very open minded, no holes barred type and enjoys a threesome(or so she promised next time)

LA Cafe Meth Use and STDs

After a few visits, you can really get the entire vibe of LA Cafe down. I like it to effortlessly drink to excess without any hassle about lady drinks while you still get to indulge in a sea of girls looking to hook up. Quality can vary as has been covered here at length, but with at least a hundred girls there, you can surely find a few that motivate you.

I will note that methamphetamine (shabu) use among the regular girls there is pretty common.

There is also a far amount of unprotected sex and the STDs that go with them.

Befriended a trio of usual suspects there and they tagged along to Puerto Galera. I ended up getting them all treated at the clinic near the market in PG. They all admitted occassional unprotected sex and all had crank problems (which I didn't realize until we were out of Manila). There were some exceptional fringe benefits to taking a roadtrip with three hotties. In hindsight, I should have cut them loose in Manila to ply the patrons of LA Cafe instead of driving me nuts in PG for a week.

Hope this is statng the obvious, but always wear a raincoat.

    To each his own

    Ray,

Everyone has their own opinion what a beauty looks like, so you may find someone you thin is pretty, but to others, her features may not be for other guys. I just thank the others for posting their experiences, so I know where to look the next time I am there.

    LA Cafe

I do not understand all the bad things I read about LA Cafe. Everytime I go there it is about 10 ladies for every guy. And there are many good looking ladies there. What is up with you guys?

    Pasay bars and LA Cafe

Couple weeks ago decided to explore Pasay bars and also stop by famous LA Cafe.

The first night I went to EDSA Complex. First stop was Samba. There were about 25 ladies there but initially none really caught my attention. Finally, I spotted one and invited her to the table for a drink. To my disappointment she had a red flag waiving. Although she was trying to persuade me to take her for "unforgettable BJ", I passed on the offer and went further to Pitstop, which had worse collection of girls. Ended up in Firehouse where mamasan suggested me a real cutie. She was not really my type (too short) but she had nice curves and good attitude. It was getting a bit late and I had to go to work the next day, so I quickly bar-fined her (1,000 pesos) and went to the nearby motel for a short time. She was a typical filipina - shower by herslef only, cover herself immediately with a towel and fucking with lights off only. After 2 hours of decent blowjobs followed by fucks in some unimaginable positions (I discovered an advantage of having sex with a small lady) I dropped her off by the EDSA complex. Her fee was 2,000 pesos. It was an average experience.

The next day went to LA Cafe. Lots of people but too many guys and very few good looking ladies. Exited very quickly and headed back to Pasay. This time decided to try Visions located on Roxas Boulevard (right before the corner with Buendia avenue). That's really a hidden gem. There are definitely more good looking ladies than in any bar in EDSA Complex. I still think that the place to find stunners is Burgos street, but Visions had much less aggressive environment and only 1,000 pesos bar fine. The drinks were 110 for guest and 300 for ladies. Ended up taking out one really sexy girl for short time. Was thinking to take her to the motel, as I usually do, but she was so sweet that I decided to take a chance and took here to my place for overnight. She gave me a real GF experience. Took her number and have spent the next week with her. The only problem is to keep my head sober - not to fall for her and not let her to get high expectations for future. Experiences like this make my intentions of quitting mongering very difficult to make.

That's a great post about a KOREAN MP, but it is obviously in the wrong place. Of course, I have to admit, that there have been times when I was in the midst of a multi-week, multi-nation trek when I have gotten more than a little confused about exatly where I was. Let's write it off to the old, "If this is Saturday this must be Seoul" syndrome.

    Hawaii Man, Hyatt Pasay

Sorry about that post from 11:20 at 7 am. I have no idea how that got there because I haven't been anywhere near the Korea board. Must be the new software. I'll try again and I hope Jackson erases that other one because it has nothing to do with me.

I was surprised about the fee also because they tried to spring it on me at checkout time without any prior notification. We called the manager and he explained it was a joiner fee for the girl. My girl, who was there with me, realized that they were basically calling her a prostitute/bargirl. She isn't that at all. I met her through a friend's introduction. When this manager saw that his eyes were about to be scratched out by my lady friend he relented on the joiner fee. This wise move saved his skin to nickel and dime foreign tourists another day.

I'm not sure if this is a regular policy. The hotel seemed to have it in for me because I was staying on a Cebu Pacific discount rate. Every day they were trying to get me to check out or pay a higher rate. On the fourth day they actually told me I had to move out, even though this airline discount rate is supposed to be valid for a week. So I moved over to the City Garden in Makati, which I can recommend to anyone. It's guest friendly and has a rooftop pool and gym.

As for the Hyatt Pasay I'll never go near the place again. They also hassled me about the discount rate when I checked in, saying it was only for Philippine residents. There is no mention of this requirement in any brochures and none of the other hotels who have this Cebu Pacific discount have this rule. After lots of trouble they reluctantly gave me the discount, but then hassled me every day I was there. So they saved a little money this time but for my future trips to the Philippines (2 months or so a year) they won't get my business.

I only had one girl, and while she was a little chubby, she made up for it with big breasts and a decent (for a Korean) ass. Overall, it cost 120,000 won for an hour of pure pleasure.

It is a little out of the way, though. If you were to go by taxi from Gangnam, it would end up about 10,000 won. On the other hand, you can take the number 7 line and get off at Sangbong, then hop in a taxi and say "anma" ("massage" in Korean), as there is only one in the neighborhood. They just opened up under the same owner as a nice place I used to go to in Apkujeong, but that place is currently closed down because of the crackdown, so the new place isn't having any problems with the police, obviously, probably because they are so distant.

I am confused here are you talking about Manila, Philippines here?
