After reading the posts, I decided to go all the way from Makuhari to Sugamo to try the 2 pop BJ bars. It was sure a hike. OAHI don't know Makuhari very well, but I suspect the main option there will be delivery health. You could either come into Tokyo or head towards Chiba (maybe a Chiba expert can advise). If you get the yellow Sobu line to Tokyo from inland JR Makuhari station, get off at Kinshicho (a 450 yen ride) and walk around the area on the left front side of the tracks. I was there a few weeks ago and there were one or two Chinese massage girls in the streets willing to talk deals.
