Mansion has better access to taxis and is 100 meters away from Avienda Poblado, which is one of the main through roads of Medellin.
Taxis stop right outside the Mansion every morning bringing beautifull office girls to work next door at Bancafe, also at night when they finish, its great watching them coming to work every morning having a coffee at the computer desk.
The Mansion is also one block away from Ovieado shopping mall.
Both the Mansion and the Apartment´s are the same distance from Parque Lleras, 2,800 pesos taxi fare, just over a buck.
The Apartments are right next door to Lutron but that is also the most expencive ***** house in Medellin, there are better quality and priced ***** house´s en MDE
We still have many things to do with the web page, still trying to catch our breath since the 1st March.

I am planning a trip to Medellin in early September. I am interested in using Aussie Greg's services. I think for someone who does not speak Spanish, and do not know the ins and outs of Medellin, their services are perfect. I have not decided yet on which place I would like to stay, though. Just a few questions:

I like staying in places where I can just walk out the door, and WALK to quite a few places like restaurants, grocery store, casas (of women), etc. I live in a city where everyone drives everywhere, and I hate it. Would the Mansion or the Apartment be better on this? If not, which one would have easier access to taxis?

As far as proximity to places that matter (to me), like Parque Lleras, which one is closer?

I guess I might also suggest to Aussie Greg and his partner to maybe put a map of approximately where both places are, and other places of "interest", in their website.

rooms to the value of $55.00 and up recieve free breakfast, laundry including ironing, free international calls and local calls (not cellular), high speed internet (we have 2 computers) light beers/soft drinks/juices in moderation, maid service and you get to hang with both medellin bob and myself if you so desire.
airport pickup is 60,000 pesos organised by us, normal taxi fare to mde is 40,000 pesos.
the $35.00 a night ¨maids room¨ only includes the room, it has a private bathroom and is quiet nice.
we do rent cell phones but i can get the price from medellin bob.
