I've stayed at ESJ many times, this is a nice place to stay.
You get the benefits that are offered from the El San Juan hotel for a fraction of the cost. The service is very nice and they might even put a welcome basket in your room. A massage parlor is less than a block away.
There is a fun mexican restaurant serving good drinks and food real close by.
The best part is all the beauties walking around in the El San Juan Hotel.

What is all the rave I keep hearing about the San Juan Hotel??? Is it a nice place where all the Beautiful Young Ladies of San Juan come to play on Saturday Nights? Any hidden gems of Puerto Rico I should check out?

Cool well I just booked two 3 bedroom penthouse condos there for me and my fellas for labor day weekend...not too expensive in my book ($200 per night for the unit, 5 fellas to each unit, 1 King and 4 doubles and of course I have the King Room , I went through www.esjtowers4less.com

Isla Verde and Condado are the most expensive areas for apartments, try looking up guest houses or bead and breakfasts they might be more in your league but forget about fully furnished apartments unless you have some serious chunk of change it aint gonna happen.

Has anyone here heard of the ESJ Towers located in Isla Verde and if there accomodations are nice there? Let me know...Peace

Does anyone know any apartment rental agents who rent short term in San Juan Puerto Rico with properties in the Isla Verde Area or Condado Beach area? I will be in San Juan with 9 of my guys form September 1st to September 5th doing some partying, performing at a few concerts and taking in the local scene with the lovely ladies of Puerto Rico so let me know fellas, anygood tips are welcome...Peace!

I am planning to travel to P.R. in September for 2 months. I am looking for a very inexpensive room, hostel or pension hotels with daily rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per day. I will be recovering from surgery and just looking for a small place to relax, walk to the beach on occasion.

Can anyone recommend any small unknown hotels I can enquire in San Juan or another city that is near the sea shore.

I realize going during high season and the current hotel rates, this is probably a impossible request, but maybe there are some backstreet hotels that are good for short stays.

Let me see if I have this right: You want to find a hotel that is walking distance from the beach for $25.00 dollars a day? What are you on crack? This isn't Thailand!

No offense, but Puerto Rico is the most expensive Island in the carribean. I recomend either checking Dominican Rep or hit Thailand.

I second your opinion Alan, Anal is not accepted at all, if your a fan of anal I recomend saving your money and heading to Brazil.

You either have to order in, by reading the escort section in the san juan star (its all in personals). Or you have to take a quick cab ride to Frenchies, AVOID Divas AVOID Saint Tropez other than that I recomend the Alternative Massage in Isla Verde the girls there are somewhat warmer than other massage places.

Still for the money youll be spending your better off saving it and heading to Dominican Rep.

Perhaps others can comment. Does this place open occasionally?

A friend of mine went in there once he said it was mostly a freak show and full of bad company and rough crowds. It does open but only weekends and I think past midnight.
