Perhaps the post should be edited to remove the offending word, but before convicting the guy you should be CERTAIN of your allegation, no?

I am no expert in Castillian, by any means, but does "adolescentes" necessarily mean the same as adolescents in English? Dickhead's term "young" is ambiguous and relative. In comparison to the much older women working in Spain, the guy finds the Peruanas younger. 20somethings are no problem and one can interpret his sentence as meaning 20 years and just under (which is legal).

Also, as a Spaniard he is not subject to US laws prohibiting US residents from having sex with anyone under 18 regardless of the age of consent law of the country involved (like in Spain). The age of consent site seems to argue that it is 15 in Peru, though I interpret it as 18 (seems to say if chica was at least 14 but under 18). Here is article 173 of the penal code of Peru:

" El que, mediante engaño, practica el acto sexual o otro análogo con una persona de Catorce (14) y
menor de dieciocho (18), será reprimido con pena privativa de libertad no mayor de tres años o con
prestación de servicio comunitario de treinta a setentiocho jornadas. "

Artículo 173 del Código Penal, modificado por la Ley Contra los Delitos Agravados 24 Mayo 1998
" El que practica el acto sexual u otro análogo con menor de catorce (14) años de edad será

Bueno, espero ayudarte en tus preguntas. Decirte que he viajado 3 veces a Peru (tuve novia limeña), y se mas o menos de lo que hablo.
Sinceramente Lima es uno de los mejores destinos si quieres rollo ligue/novieta facilmente. El panorama de las putas quiza no esté tan masivamente desarollado como en otros paises, pero en ligue es fenomenal.

No te inquietes...los españoles follamos mas y mejor, porque somos europeos, y porque (al contrario de los guiris), conocemos el idioma. Antes aclararte que si buscas chicas altas o de piel clara, Lima no es el destino ideal. Las chicas son latinas 100x100, bajitas, pelo oscuro, muchas mestizas, muchas guapisimas, pero sobretodo increiblemente cariñosas y complacientes, muy diferentes de las españolas.
O sea que se verá a lo lejos que eres extranjero, y eso ya es un punto a favor.
Te cuento las tecnicas que usaba para ligar:
- Antes de irme de España, sin duda preparar el camino con "www.cybercupido.com". Es basico. Te apuntas (es gratis), y te vas escribiendo con los cientos de perfiles que encuentres. Las tias veras que te responden en masa, es facilisimo, y muchas incluso te pasan su telefono. Pideles foto y ve camelando a las que te interesen, y si les dices que viajas a Lima muchas ya querran conocerte en el aeropuerto, solo hace falta que prepares tu agenda.
Muchas de estas chicas buscan un futuro marido, o alguien que las saque del pais, y muchas otras quieren un novio europeo, porque eso da prestigio y estatus. Aunque los peruanos son muy conservadores, seguramente te ofrecen muy pronto sexo. Pilla un hotel discreto para subir a las chicas.

- Internet. Te pillas el chat de IRC y te presentas como español que quiere conocer chicas. Lo mismo que antes.

- En la calle. Es muy facil iniciar una conversacion con chicas de la calle, en una tienda o un restaurante. Se pasan horas alli, y algunas son muy guapas y jovenes. Sacar cita para cenar o ir al cine es cuestion de minutos. En el centro turistico (miraflores) hay muchas tiendas asi.

- Discos y bares de moda. Tambien se liga. Pero con la diferencia que alli habra mas puta escondida. Donde hay mas turistas veras a chicas muy guapas semiprofesionales que van a la caza del dolar. Bueno si solo quieres un polvo de una noche.

Good, I hope to help you with your questions. To tell you I have travelled 3 times to Peru (I had a limeña girlfriend), and I know more or less what I'm talking about. Sincerely Lima is one of the best places if you want to hook up easily. The panorama of wh*res may not as greatly developed as in other countries, but for pick-up it's phenomenal.

Don't worry... we Spaniards fuck more and better, because we are European and (contrary to the foreigners) we know the language. If you are reasonably good looking and set yourself up before you come,there is not much need for P4P. I do feel that there are some things down here you have to try just for the experience a kind of "What the F**k".

With respect to the chicas not bieng 9's and 10's, I understand your sentiments completely. I recently spent about 6 weeks in Lima. Prior to going to Lima I joined cybercupido with the idea of meeting women and having a GFE. My plan was that if all else failed then I would go the P4P route.

My results were very interesting. I ended up with a final list of about 23 women that I planned to contact when I arrived. The women in Peru are very interesting and some are very aggressive as well as possessive.

I had the pleasure of staying in Lima for almost 6 weeks. First, I want to thank Lima Busy for his time. LB is truly a gentleman and a scholar. We spent almost 3 hours talking about Lima. LB is a very knowledgeable person and is more than willing to share his information.

He can tell you about a lot of things about Lima in addition to the P4P situation (as evidenced by some of his recent posts).

I went to Lima with no particular expectations. Although Peru is still very much a third world country I was pleasantly pleased with Lima. The people were very friendly and Miraflores is a very attractive area. Perhaps some of those on this board who were disappointed in Lima were expecting an equivalent to London, Munich or Singapore. Lima has a personality of its own but does not compare with favorably with large cities outside of South America.

For those of you considering a trip to Lima I will be more than glad to share my experiences or provide any specific information that I can.

I will post another report on my activities with the female gender soon. I did not participate in any P4P activities because I was completely occupied with women that I had corresponded with on the internet. If you are going to be in Lima for more than a few days I would strongly recommend trying to establish a rapport with some of the women on the internet (I used cybercupido). I found this an easy and very successful way to hit the ground running when I arrived in Lima.

Had my yearly 2 weeks of fun in Lima, and got to try some new places.

Previously had only played in S/Borja / Miraflores, but thanks to the info here and on perutops I found a few good places.

Malu - advertises in Trome / Keeps a hotel in Lince /19 av arequipa - 20-22 years old max / nice body / nice sized tits - for s/20 a session.

Tatiana VIP - advertises in Trome / hotel in S/Borja -25 av aviacion. Older than the ad - maybe 28-30 / s/50. Not bad, but i wouldn't recomend.
