Burnmax- There is always some room for dispute here. Personally I have always found that if there is more than one FT or anal episode in a session this is covered by the single supplement (50E in the case of FT at the Rhein clubs). So an hour with FTx2 would in my experience be 150E. The ethos of FKK is that you pay for time not for number of "Entspannung" which seems to be a euphemism for orgasms.
But I know there have been disagreements about this - I think a member reported being charged double at Oase.

There is a question "What if I do FT, or indeed any other extra, or even just come, twice in one session - do I pay the price once or twice?". Novize advises that the official policy is that you pay twice (whether for an extra or for the basic sex). All I can say is that personally I have never - in probably about 50 sessions where I have had an extra twice - been asked to pay twice.
