I mentioned Maki Hotel several times, I now have some updated info on the costs. This comes again from a reliable source

It is 25 km outside Belgrade (in the direction towards Novi Sad), it costs 20 Euro by taxi to get there, 20 to come back. They have 10 girls which i was told they are all gorgeously looking, from Serbia (Novi Sad), Ukraine, Romania and Moldavia. The price is 50 Euro half an hour and 80 euro 1 hour. The price includes THE ROOM! So you get the girl, you go to reception, you pay there 50/80 euro, and that's all!

About Hotel Excelsior (downtown Belgrade) i was told the prices are much more expensive, and the girls definitely worse looking than in Maki.

I don't know for sure, but i assume most of them should be outcall, nevertheless this doesn't mean some of them don't use their own apartments.
