I get chuckle out of guys telling others not to overpay. The people who need this advice won't listen anyway. There will always be higher and lower prices. I have lived here for three years and have not seen much inflation. LDV is the high-priced place. Take a walk around the building or down San Martin. You will find many sweeties who are happy with 60K for ST-just like they were three years ago.

Note: I am not an expert on LDV. I simply don't go there much anymore even though I live two blocks away.

By the way LDV is La Dolce Vita(Italian).
