I can only go on what I heard from what others have told me but when I was offered a job in Donestk at least 3 people told me not to go because it is an absolute shithole and there was nothing much worthwhile there to speak of.

But in saying that also they were not neccessarily talking about the mongering scene but I expect you will need to know Russian to get anywhere or at least have a good contact who can show you around.

Good luck and let me know when you have been as I will need some diversions if I do have to go there eventually.

You are absolutely right about the transports.
If anyone would go to the website www.autolux.com, he would see that the price of buses are a bit more expensive than before.
But for us, that's still very cheap.
In Kharkov I won't use taxis, only the metro and it's very cheap.
You are right that life seems to be a bit more expensive.

That's the same for girls. However the price is not really 2 or 3 times more like one seemed to make us believe.
I've chatted with some Ukrainian guys and they all told me the same thing.
If you look for ads in PREMER and if you can call in Russian, you will get around 20 dollars, perhaps a bit more and even perhaps 30 hours if the girls looks really great, but we are far from the 40 or 50 dollars an hour. That price is only for those, who can only speak English.

That's right, that it won't be every time for 1 hour. With some girls it may be 1 session sex and it may last 10-20 minutes, with some others it would be 40-60 minutes.

Of course if you go to an hotel, as I've already written, it will be more expensive. It will be surely the same in a night-club, where girls will ask 40-50 dollars for 1 hour and perhaps even more....

What you are not taking into account is the price of gas.
Its almost like what happened in the US in the 1970's when
the first ever serious increases hit, it affected everything.
When a barrel of oil went from $40 to $60 last year, if you
think that only affected the west, you are sadly mistaken.

Just take a taxi anywhere, its definitely higher, and in fact,
all transportation related costs are higher. Yes it took a while
for secondary effects, but since then food and clothing and even
rent prices are all higher.

I don't think that salaries for workers are better, though.

So there should still be many opportunites where dyevs will
be happy to have a good sponsor.

It will about 20 dollars for 1 hour in Kharkov if you can speak Russian....
Of course if you speak only English, the price will be 2 times more.....
I will confirm that in Mai when I will be there.

I am going to Kiev for the first time, from 3/1/06 till 3/5/06. I heard that Gia is the best escort agency and plan on using them, but will also like to have alternatives.
