You probably should have tasted it in order to see if it tasted medicinal at all. Very possible it could have been spermicide. Chances are that if it did not have a foul smell, it was not an indication of infection.

Just came back from Garden Hotel area just about 2-3 weeks ago. I actually walked round the whole area from afternoon to about 7.30 pm.
