So you’re installed in that central hotel. Showered, refreshed, horny. Hit the street.

Yes, for what I've read on this board on forums of other countries that is true, but I think that doesn't happen in Portugal for many reasons. First Portugal isn't a sex tourism country, second high school is free and public college has small fees and poverty isn't a portuguese drama and of course for what Muri also said.
