Let me tell you you don't have to offer anything extra. I for one do not advocate having sex without a condom and I do not ask for it but I have had several Garotas de Help during foreplay just slip it in on me. The latter is true, the former not necessarily. Anal sex is risky for the “giver” if not properly lubricated and blood is exchanged as a result fo the sexual contact. However if proper lubrication is used it can be safer for the "giver" than vaginal sex due to the lack of vaginal fluids. Obviously anal sex is very risky for the “receiver” in either scenario.
