Go to any poor area in kenya and you will with a little behaviour pick up what girls you want more or less, as Blast mentions saloons are very good, waitresses, shop assistants, bus stations etc.
Kibera slums I think should be avoided unless you really have a guide to trust, there are some serious thugs from those areas, but of course most people who leave there are very nice but very poor people.
Interesting reports.

Yesssss this time it’s a complex trip. Madagascar via Kenya and Ethiopia.
I had invested in new camera gear specifically in broadcast quality camcorder. I want to bring amazing photos and
videos and burn a DVD to tell my story.
But I must say that i like a lot your reports and hope that u enjoy your trip and it was a good experience overall for u.
let us know if u liked kenya as a single destination trip. Have u found any significant drawbacks?

Blastoff Does Kenya Part 5 and Final part
Restaurants
I found they Kenyan staple diet to be resting heavy on my stomach with meat, meat and more meat and starch everyday and very little in the way of vegetables and fruit in the restaurants.
High Class
I found many very classy and good food international restaurants in the roads near the Near Nigerian Embassy, about 10 minutes drive from down town. There is Japanese, Italian, Ethiopian and so many more you will not get bored. The prices in these restaurants averaged around USD$40 per person by the time you allowed for wine etc.
Carnivore’s world famous game meat restaurant and nightclub is always a favourite. It costs 1,850 KSH per person plus drinks for al you can eat. It was famous for serving dishes such as Zebra, Buffalo, Elephant etc but in recent months, the Italian owner told me, that the Government had stopped him from selling these exotic meats so he is now limited to any game meat that he can farm such as Ostrich, crocodile etc. Carnivores is registered in the top 50 restaurants in the world. Not bad!
Medium Price
Simmers is open all hours but in the 5 occasions I ate there, the food was shit and the proportions very small so if you have an alternative, use it lol.
For breakfast, the Dove Cage restaurant next door to the Terminal Hotel can’t be beat. For under USD$3 you get a No.4 breakfast which contains a pot of nice brood coffee, a sausage 2 eggs cooked any style you like, 2 pieces of toast and bacon. Not bad at all!
The best food in this rage I found was in Kengeles Restaurant in Koinage Street. It has a daily business mans buffet for 600KSH and includes everything but drinks. You will be happy with that.
Nairobi Java Coffey House in Makta Dada Street is a nice, typical European coffee house with nice meals. Around the corner from that is Friday’s restaurant which is o.k. but not as great. The Lonely Planet guidebook has many restaurants listed and your taxi driver will know more.
Cheap Eats
There are countless small take out shops all over town, usually chicken shops. They are the fastest and cheapest way to eat.
I hope you enjoyed my report as much as I enjoyed writing it.
I will start my Mombassa report soon.
Happy Mongering

In answer to your questions, my experiences seem to be different to yours in many ways. I will answer your questions one at a time.
As I mentioned in my report, in the slums and the hair salons etc, girls will be shy and embarrassed to be seen if they act very interested in you as a Mazungu in front of Family and friends, there for when a local, some one they trust, approaches them quietly and secretly on your behalf, they are totally willing to go with you. As I said, I had 100% success rate this way. I just took the slum girls away from the slum to the city where no one knew them and they were putty in my hands and did what ever I wanted. I even got some to do my washing and ironing after sex LOL. Of course I made it worth their while by giving them money afterwards. I find the 98% or more of Kenyan women WILL sleep with a man (black or white) if they feel he will "help" them in some way usually with money. It seems to be a cultural thing and I have no problem with it.
I found that Kenyan girls do send money to their Families when they make money in the trade.
My comparisons to Filipinas was in there attitudes. They are looking for a Mazungu boy friend or husband same as Filipinas. Mazungus are respected in Kenya same as Philippines, the girls have close and tight Family ties, the all want children, their attitude in general reminds me a lot of Filipinas. The only comment you made that I don't agree with is that Kenyans are more slender than Filipinas. LOL. I find quite the opposite. You won't find as many "Big Machines" (Fat assed girls) in the Philippines. The girls are of tiny structure in the Philippines as they are Asian IMOH.
Why do you say that it is difficult to make a long-term relationship with a Kenyan girl? They are all so willing.
I agree with you that there are more beautiful girls in Nairobi but I don't agree that there is less of them available. Almost every girl I spoke to in shops, super markets or in offices was interested in going out to dinner with me and all the ones I took out slept with me on the first date. I did not have any trouble getting any regular girls to date me in Nairobi even married ones and I am a mature man and NOT a young, sexy hunk so I don't understand your experiences being so different to mine in this area. It may be an attitude thing.
As for having nothing to do in Nairobi, for me the opposite is true. There are 5 star hotels, 4 and 5 star restaurants close to the Nigerian Embassy, movies, dancing, day trips by car to so many attractions such as waterfalls and game parks, swimming pools, 120 channel cable T.V. shopping etc. There is as many or more things to do in Nairobi as there is in ANY major city of the world. The only thing that is missing is the beach but I am not a big beach person so it suits me fine.
I can't understand how any one can have nothing to do in Nairobi as I was fully booked for the 18 days I was in Nairobi both day and night and I can comfortably compare it to Santa Domingo in the DR or any other major mongering city of the world when it comes to things to do.
I often find that fun is where you make it and what is good for one man may not be good for an other.
These are just my views and experiences as I have mongered for over 25 years now. I respect your views and thanks again for your comments.
Best regards and lets keep the mongering fires burning in Kenya.

Amazing photos, and it seems you covered out of places like Kibera. By the way Kibera slums are the main future in the movie titled "Constant Gardener" that came out last November.
And regarding 'mob justice' that's a fact of life in Kenya. I have toured and stayed there before, and something like mob justice sounds outlsndish to non-Kenyans, but to the locals its business as usual.
Looking forward to your Mombasa report.

Nice move to try the slums.
I had been walking the slums alone, but I must agree, even though I could speak swahili and generally wasn't affraid of the surroundings much I couldn't score much. The girls there staying with their families, so they are kinda shy to do it in the open. Having a local who can do negotiations is a nice move.
I was wondering about the comparison with Filipina. I think Kenyan girls more energetic. Also from my observations family is more important to Filipina girls. THere are also more Filipina girls who are sending their families money gotten from the trade, in Kenya the girls usually just get money for themselves.
Kenyan girls are generally more slender than Filipina. But it's really difficult to make a long time relationship with Kenyan, with Filipina its easy.
The prices are generally quite good in Kenya both for girls and accomodation.
Generally though, besides finding gems in Nairobi, there is nothing much to do there. It have been always recommended to travel to Mombasa. However, one thing I must agree, there are more beautiful girls in Nairobi, than in Mombasa, but again, less of them avail for action.

I looked at the Bamburi Beach resort while I was there and 2 things stop me from booking it. Firstly, in August when I was there was high season and the rack rate had gone up to 3,500KSH per night but I talked the Indian manager down to 2,000 KSH if I stayed more than 4 nights and the other problem was the beach cottages are not really right on the sand as I thought, they are up the steps and inside the complex though very close to the beach. I was less comfortable with this and found that the Glory Villas in Nyalli with T.V., Pool and air-conditioning for 1,500 KSH per night were more private and more my style.
I will write my Mombassa report when I finish my Nairobi report.
Regards.
